We traveled to Las Vegas for the Usher experience at Park MGM and it was also a birthday celebration. Very decent hotel, service, food. It wouldn’t be my first pick again but it also wouldn’t be my last.
Pretty much moms last tip she will not be able to travel any more. This was her favorite place to go. Wanted her to have one more trip before she got worse. Thank you for all you did. She was upset she did not win.
We were first assigned a room that smelt strongly of Clorox bleach. The second smelling strongly of incense. The third was occupied by another guest as I opened the door to them actively in the room. The staff granted me $50 of credit for all this trouble. Does that seem reasonable?
Awesome environment and vibe. Perfect size, everything you need without feeling overwhelmed and getting "lost" in a HUGE property. Rooms super comfortable, food was terrific and pool was amazing. It was phenomenal to have 24/7 access to the gym! I'll be back...
Our first stay in Vegas since the pandemic! We booked this resort because it's the only completely smoke free property in all of Las Vegas! And we are MGM elite members and loyalists... What are the others (Caesars) waiting for? Being able to gamble smoke-free; a dream! Very nice and cozy property, I like the fresh theme and the green & outdoorsy/park decor, the smell was obviously on point. Me and my wife really like our king bed guestroom and we found it more than adequate, only missing thing was a fridge. It was spacious enough and the fact that there is no dresser gives out more space, I like the couch, table and chair setup. Bathroom was clean, bright and modern. Overall cleanliness was up to par in the guestroom, but dusty in some spots. Most of the staff at the front desk was abrupt and borderline rude, a young lady at the front desk on a particular night was one of the rudest associate I ever encountered at a hotel front desk, and I've been everywhere. My previous stay in Vegas had a similar experience with front desk staff... so it's just more of the same here in Vegas I guess :) . This is the one factor why I could not rate my stay at Park MGM as excellent and with a 5 green point/dot system here on TripAdvisor.…
I’d stay here again for sure. Good location, friendly staff, good restaurant selection. I’m a hotel snob and like to stay at places that feel clean and don’t gross me out. This place passed my test. Love that it’s smoke feee. Eataly is one of my favorite places to eat while in Vegas. LaLa Noodle was really good too. So close to Aria, has a tram to Bellagio. Definitely on my list of places to stay in Vegas.
Belated Birthday trip for my sister to see Usher in Concert. He did not disappoint and neither did our accommodations. Park MGM was outstanding. The service was always given with a smile and they are smoke free which is a HUGE PLUS for me. This was my first time staying here but will not be my last.
Not sure if Vegas has lower standards but the hotel is listed as a 4-star property, however, the guest room falls below that and is closer to a 2-star property. We were on a road trip back to LA and decided to stay here overnight because the price was reasonable for a Friday night at a “4-star property.” Had I known what the rooms really looked like, I would have paid more to stay at Four Seasons because I wanted comfort at a minimum level of 4 stars after a 7 hour drive. I would not have been this disappointed if it were the case that there were only 2-star properties in the area and the rate was market for all properties. Room itself smelled musty and was dark. The carpet in the room indicates there was no attempt to make the room appear nice/not cheap. Furniture was bare minimum and all furnishing and fixtures were on the cheap side. Towels are old and no longer plush. In-room amenities are lacking. There was hair (not from a person’s head) in the corner of the bathroom so overall cleanliness of the room was questionable.…
Super friendly. Clean and easy check in with the app! Great location as well. The ride from the airport is so fast as well very close. Restaurants in a convenient area. Room was clean and the bed was supper confortable
This was by far the worst stay that I had. The room was not ready when I checked in. There was an ozone machine running. The shower would not drain properly. The room amenities were not working properly. Not worth the $400+ a night spent.
