Meet Park MGM, a fresh take on the Vegas resort experience in the center of the Strip. Here we're all about what's fresh, Park MGM is smoke-free. This is the kind of place where outposts of established excellence—like Eataly and The NoMad Hotel, Restaurant and Bar—sit alongside exciting new ventures we call our own. A poolside restaurant conjures the South of France, and a bodega-style bar and eatery brings the best of LA’s food scene to the desert, courtesy of Chef Roy Choi. Enjoy flair without the formality at Bavette’s and savor a handcrafted cocktail at Juniper Cocktail Lounge. Try your luck at the table of your choice, or with a brew and a bite at BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar. Kick back in a cabana or cool off in one of three pools. When the sun goes down, linger over drinks on the terrace—at Primrose, La La Noodle or our club On The Record. Park MGM is located next to the 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena and is home to the 5,200-seat Dolby Live.

Park MGM Las Vegas stands out for its smoke-free environment and prime location, which guests often find convenient for exploring surrounding attractions. While some travelers appreciate the hotel's cleanliness and friendly service, others encounter inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance. The rooms, criticized for being outdated and lacking in modern amenities, also contribute to mixed reviews. Additionally, noise levels from various sources have been a point of contention for many guests. Despite these concerns, the hotel's central position in Las Vegas continues to draw visitors.

This is a decent place, but does have a few flaws. To start with, the check-in personnel is not very professional - they don't know how to handle corporate reservations. When I was checking in, the rep first said that she just accidentally erased my corporate payment information from the system. It took some wasted time and bringing in the manager only to find out that the corporate payment method should not even be visible to the check-in reps, since corporate payments are handled by another department, and the payment has been made already. This was a frustrating check-in experience. The AC system in rooms is rather outdated - unless the fan is set to the high mode for 24 hours a day the room does not get enough of fresh air and becomes suffocating. However, the fan running on high for 24 hours creates too much noise, especially in the night when you would expect some quiet so you could actually sleep. The room was not particularly clean either - there was hair all over the toilet, and the bathroom counter had dirty spots. The hotel security is ridiculous - there was a limo illegally parked in Uber pickup area where people are supposed to stand and get into Uber cars, and the security guy in yellow jacket on the bike basically refused to get the illegally parked limo removed, educating me that the limo is where it should be, and I am the one who should not be there. I had to call the security manager and really tell her what I think about her security guys before they took action and cleared the Uber pickup area for people to get into cars safely. On the up side, the hotel has a convenient train to Bellagio and a few good restaurants, although 2 of them are super expensive.

Pretty much moms last tip she will not be able to travel any more. This was her favorite place to go. Wanted her to have one more trip before she got worse. Thank you for all you did. She was upset she did not win.

Didn't stay over there, just hopped in to have a peek inside. Very nice place, good natured staff, had cold coffee there. Made friends with the security officer Mr. Hank at Park MGM, who has some stern looks (matching his profile), but such a jovial & person. He suggested a cozy Italian outlet inside for food & even got me appreciable discount as a loving gesture. Hopping in at Park MGM was like a cherry on the cake at my Las Vegas short trip.

The MGM has become part of the Marriott properties, but offers no benefits to bonvoy members no matter how high. You also do not get points for your stay if you don’t book through bonvoy. Bonvoy boost the rate vs mgm site. The person at check-in was annoying. They gave me sass about being a bonvoy member and flat out told me that it doesn’t make a difference for them. I asked about points and she said oh yeah you get a $15 credit or pts. No room upgrade, you get for what you paid. Overall, I thought this casino was way better than the mgm grand. The decor was nicely done and resonates with park vibes. The entire place is also smoke free! One pool was closed down during my stay and the other was too crowded for me. The resort is annoying because they don’t even provide drinking water during your stay and good luck trying to find a waitress on the casino floor. I played for 2hrs and no waitress to be seen. Cashed out and left. They also keep the change and DO NOT RETURN COINS in the ticket redemption machine. How is this legal?!? Overall, nice hotel but if you are a high tiered bonvoy member, you are better off staying at an actual Marriott hotel. Many options for the same rate of this hotel.

Response from MGM Resorts Guest Experience, Owner at Park MGM Las Vegas
Responded 4 days ago
Dear Chicano L, We appreciate your time taken to share the experience of your stay at the Park MGM. We understand your frustrations regarding the changes following the MGM becoming part of the Marriott properties. Your concerns regarding the Marriott Bonvoy program and your treatment at the time of checking-in have been duly noted. Your compliments about our decor and smoke-free environment are valued, and we're happy you found those aspects of the resort favorable. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the pool availability and the unavailability of waitressing service on the casino floor. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the ticket redemption machine. We understand that, as a high tiered Bonvoy member, your expectations were not met making your stay less than ideal. Your constructive comments greatly help us in our constant endeavor to improve our guest experience. We hope to host you again and make your stay more paradisiacal in the future. Respectfully, Mona Guest Experience

Lovely hotel, we (2 adults, 1 child) stayed here in March and it was a great spot in Vegas for us. The fact that it is a smoke free hotel was what sold us and after walking through the lobby of another smoking hotel I am very glad we opted for this. Many food options nearby, including quite a few within the hotel/casino complex itself. There is a Target and Walgreens nearby also. There is no fridge in the room which was a bit of a shame, I think you could opt to hire one which seemed a bit strange, we didn't though so unsure of the price. No coffee making facilities either, however there is a Starbucks right near the elevators (which does get pretty busy). The room was clean and cleaners were absolutely lovely. We didn't realise until a few days in that there is a tram that goes between the ParkMGM, the Aria and Bellagio which is very handy if you are looking for a way to get a little bit down the strip. The credit card hold of $100 per night on the room took a bit long to release off my credit card (over a week), so just keep in mind if that is something that might be a problem. ATMs in the Casino have a very high surcharge, there is an ATM in the Walgreens across the road which was much lower. There is direct access to the Dolby theater from inside the casino and T-Mobile arena is very close also. Overall was a great fit for us and we would stay here again if we returned!

None of our group who paid for early check in actually received it, and it could mean that you’re only getting in an hour early. The rooms were gross. It’s hard to believe that carpeting and furnishings could be that damaged after 6 mos. I lowered my expectations for Vegas beneath that I would have for hotels in any other city in the world, and Park MGM failed to meet them. Towels were tiny. The linens and towels were threadbare. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Room service came 25 min late even though I ordered the day before, and came on disposables. They still charged me for cups, even though they were paper. The food was barely passable. I could have gotten much better food for less had I ordered DoorDash. The carpet in my room was stained and sticky. The furnishings were very cheap - think a step down from IKEA. The laminate was bubbling and peeling. There was no desk in my 900 sq foot suite. There were big black marks on the walls. Had I not been with a group, I would have left for another property on arrival day. It’s that bad. Two stars for very kind staff, even though their hands are tied, and that the hotel is non-smoking

If you are a Marriott Elite member, you will be very disappointed staying here. There are no perks, upgrades, complimentary coffee, or even a coffee maker in the room. We booked the AAA rate through Marriott which clearly stated that Wi-Fi and self parking were included. At check in the clerk wanted to charge $18 for parking, even after I read the rate details on our reservation. It was very frustrating! She offered a view room as an elite member and I have attached the photo of our lovely view of the hvac system. The final complaint is the noise! There was the loud thump of bass from a band until 2 am.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet. I love the non smoking hotel and this hotel or Nomad are the only places we stay on the strip. I like being able to use my MGM Rewards and Alexus at the Rewards desk was super helpful in explaining the program. She even noted that it was my birthday and went out of her way to make me feel special!

The customer service was excellent. Brewster in security went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. I rated 3 stars because the toilet was very loud, there was no coffee maker in the room and the hotel could use some updates. Love the people and atmosphere though
