Sadly, the Mirage feels like it is going downhill. The room was tired. The beds were fairly comfortable and the room was cleaned while we visited. The hotel seemed to be very on top of Covid protocols with masks and sanitizer available at the doorways. But drink service has been going down. You can sit down at a machine, play for 20mins, order a drink, and never get it. I think the hotel is going to require an upgrade soon… although the pool is still spectacular (and open after many others have closed on the strip), and the lobby still holds its Hawaiian charm. LOVE was a great show, But don’t get me started on ‘resort fees’.
What a great time. Great food and entertainment. Ran into Randy working at the sports bar. True example of how to properly treat guests. His professionalism and concern for the casinos guests makes him a outstanding asset for the Mirage. Thank You Randy!!!!!
I sat at the Center bar for two hours and loved the service Myself and another guy hung out with Milo a great bartender Kinda has the old school feel even though the hotel is changing to HR Keep him please Drinks are very reasonable I’ll be back Thanks
Good location on the strip, room was decent. There were hand smears on window (looked like kids). Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean. View was a good one of the strip and top of the volcano show which was nice. Very disappointed in no fridge to use in room or a coffee maker. Las Vegas is expensive enough so would have been nice to use to purchase quick breakfast or snack items and to store water in room. Resorts fees are not warranted especially when most items included are usually automatic in regular hotels or not used by majority of people staying. We called for late check out as our flight home was a later one but told they were not able to do that for us. We had to basically head to airport and hang there for extra time. Grounds are nice and the staff was helpful when needed. …
Nice big hotel. Only complaint is the elevators are far from the doors when you walk in. But besides that very clean and nice. Beatles show was great and that is at this hotel so discounted tickets of you are staying here.
We stayed at the Mirage on our way To San Diego. We had a room with two queen beds. This is what I liked about the hotel: It had a pool and hot tub. It had a big screen TV. I liked the Volcano show and the fish aquarium in the check in lobby. We were close to restaurants since we were right on the strip. This is what I didn’t like about the hotel: There was no breakfast, microwave, or refrigerator. We had to work a long way from the parking garage to the check in desk. The TV channels were pretty good but I wish they had the Disney Channel included. Overall, I give this hotel four stars.
The Mirage is a great option for your Vegas stay on the Strip. Location is great - right next to Caesar's Palace, and across the road from Linq Promenade. Our room (Tower King) on 25th floor was a good size, very clean, lovely bathroom with bath and shower and had it's own lift - that only went to floor 24 and 25, making it much quicker. The casino is a good size (no major difference from other hotels in Vegas), and you will find roulette tables for minimum spend $10-15, which you won't find in other hotels. Star are very good, and nothing to complain about in terms of facilities. We would of given 5 stars, but on check-in the room we were given already had people in - yikes! Quite embarrassing to walk in on other guests. Managed to sort it out, after a lot of back and forth with reception - the walk from the rooms to the hotel check-in is quite a long way, hence took a lot longer to sort than hoped. …
Great location on the strip. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Casino and restaurants good but becomes very packed and busy (book in advance!) it is vegas after all! Room was adequate. Looking worn and tired in places. Bathroom was quite dirty in places! Had to check out at 11:00 despite not flying home until 23:00. We would have happily paid and had been asking all week. Was told to call down to reception on the morning and would most likely be able to have a late check out but was told not possible which was a shame and made the last day difficult as had a long excursion and no where to get back and changed before long flight.
Great place ! Clean ! Inexpensive. The restaurants are good quality food. We ate at the Pantry twice. The still once . California kitchen delicious. It was my first time here at the Mirage. I will definitely return. John the bell hop was very nice . He loaded my suitcases with care . The Valet was fast & also took care of my car .
Since it will be remodeled in the near future under new ownership, I was a bit concerned about the property being 'let go' till then but have no complaints on my recent 5 night stay. Like a lot of the casinos, I didn't like the stale smokey air in the gambling areas but it is what it is. The room was clean and was given an upgrade to a volcano view room when I requested it. Staff was fun and very helpful at checking in and concierge desk took our information to print and email our boarding passes.
