I recently stayed at the Mirage Hotel for four days of shopping and shows. I had previously stayed at the Bellagio and was disappointed, but wanted to still stay at an MLife property. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service all round. A spacious and comfortable room, nice view, helpful staff. The only suggestions for improvement would be to supply guests...

I hate giving bad reviews and I am pretty easy to please! So with that said, The Mirage did not impress me. Maybe because I can only compare it to the Venetian, Palazzo and The Wynn. The standard rooms in those other three hotels are simply amazing! They are very spacious, clean and beautiful! I stayed at The Mirage because...

The Mirage was a great choice for a pleasant relaxing weekend and a great way to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. The Dolphin and Big Cat exhibit were great. The slots were not very generous but the atmosphere was relaxing pleasant. The Staff was very helpful with all of our needs from check in to check out it was a great...

Staff was friendly, the room was nice. The bed was amazing, very comfortable. The only down side to the room, no in room coffee.I did find a coffee shop in the resort and enjoyed sitting by the pool in the early am.

Dismal customer service. Don't be fooled by their room terminology, "Resort Tower King" might sound impressive, but it really means "Standard Guest Room". There is nothing "Suite" about their suites. It's essentially a larger remodelled hotel room that you would find anywhere else on the strip (Penthouse Suite, excluded) - or at least they didn't share the nice ones with...

I sincerely apologize for the fact that this stay was not up to par and the service you received was dismal. It is very disheartening to hear that our guests aren’t enjoying all that we have to offer and even restaurant reservations because of room complications. I do apologize the room you were given was not cleaned properly. That is...

This was our first stay at the Mirage (although we've played at the machines and eaten there several times) and it definitely won't be our last. The room was very clean and cozy and the beds were extremely comfy. My only wish would be to have a small frig in the room to store snacks etc. (other than those available...

First off, we got a smokin deal through Allegiant which was airfare/hotel 3nights plus 2 cirque du soleil tix for under $700. When we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to a FREE suite upgrade which was so beautiful. It had the perfect view of the high roller & strip. The room was pleasantly quiet, comfortable & completely...

Normally I would not "complain" about noisy folks- I would have called the desk. However during our recent 4 night stay EVERY night was noisy and there were different folks making that noise. I'm talking opening and shutting the same door about 2 dozen times in 10 minutes (or maybe 2 doors). LOUD talking and even shouting. You might say...

I sincerely apologize for the noisy guests you had close by. That is certainly not the type of behavior we condone here and most definitely not The Mirage standard.
