Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas has received mixed feedback from its guests. While the complimentary breakfast and the hotel's location garner praise, many guests feel that the value offered doesn't match the price, pointing to poor management and inadequate amenities. Issues with cleanliness are also a concern, as travelers have encountered well-maintained suites but also report inconsistent housekeeping and outdated fixtures. Room quality is a recurring problem, with numerous travelers unhappy about the outdated and unclean conditions, including unpleasant odors and bed bugs. Additionally, the service quality frequently falls short of expectations, with reports of unhelpful and discourteous staff, despite a handful of positive service encounters.

I just got back from the Vegas Cup soccer tournament, and boy am I disappointed in my stay. This is my third year in a row staying here and this was by far the worst visit I’ve ever had. 1) I had 2 rooms for all of us. One shower was completely clogged. Shouldn’t have the housekeeper noted that when it was washed? I hope they did. Thankfully we had adjoining rooms so we all used the other shower. 2) The hot breakfast buffet is apparently only on weekends. I was out the door at 6:30am on sat/sun. Looking forward to Monday all I was greeted with was an empty counter. All hot food was made-to-order only. It took a 30min wait to get hot food! On top of the sign you look at the entire wait promises a “hot breakfast buffet.” 3) The Sunday night bartender is a really sour lady, telling kids they can do something they were doing Friday and Sat night. 4) The restaurant is closed. No more. Last year they had great salads. This year $20 got you iceberg lettuce and a pack of Ken’s dressing. 5) Half the parking lot was blocked off for CES/a self driving truck. I luckily found parking relatively easily but a lot of other guests were upset at the front desk, especially since they were charged $19 a night. It’s really sad how staying here was a lot of fun the previous years to a disappointing trip this time around. I would not recommend this property and will be looking at staying elsewhere next year. Thanks!

Hotel's Favourite
This hotel has always been our go to when we visit family in Las Vegas. It is conveniently located (you can easily walk to the strip), service has always been exceptional, & the suites are clean and well maintained. Breakfast gets a bit crazy at times, but we are early risers so we were able to get in/out before it got too packed.

Disappointing Experience during Recent Stay To the hotel management and future guests, I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience during our stay at your hotel from December 31, 2023, to the present date. From the outset, the interaction with the front desk agent was less than satisfactory. Despite my attempts to engage in a friendly conversation, the agent exhibited a lack of warmth and seemed unresponsive. Although this initial encounter was disheartening, the security personnel were commendable in their assistance with our luggage and efforts to keep us informed about room availability. Regrettably, there were significant issues that marred our stay. Firstly, despite being charged a $300 deposit instead of the agreed-upon $200, the resolution offered lacked an apology or any form of acknowledgement. Furthermore, our attempts to address plumbing issues were met with minimal concern. Housekeeping provided a plunger but failed to address the recurring toilet noise, leading us to resolve the matter ourselves. The culmination of our grievances occurred this morning when the sink was filled with sewer water, permeating the entire room. While Maintenance was eventually responsive, the delayed resolution and lack of proactive measures were disconcerting, particularly with a child present in the room. As a frequent visitor to Las Vegas, I must express that this has been the most disappointing stay I have encountered. Basic principles of hospitality, such as ensuring guest comfort and promptly addressing issues, appear to have been overlooked. I hope you consider this feedback seriously, as it reflects not only on our individual experience but also on the reputation of your establishment. I appreciate your attention to these matters and trust that corrective actions will be taken to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

There were flying roaches in my bathroom. Tub was dirty and stained. Disgusting. They don’t cater to diamond members or recognize it. The building is so old you can hear everything outside your room and above you. Marriott is way better always.

Hotel is extremely run down and not Hilton quality. I’m a Hilton honors member and this hotel is an embarrassment to the Hilton Brand. Old furnishing, popcorn ceiling, broken door lock on the bathroom, bedroom door won’t stay closed, drapes are torn, bathroom is dirty, woke up one night to find the sink mysteriously full of brown smelly water which drained itself later that morning. Cleaning team didn’t show up to clean our room the first day, showed up at 5pm the next day. Only good thing about my stay was the breakfast and the free booze at happy hour helped numb the pain of returning to my run down dark and smelly room

If you are looking to get off the strip away from the hustle and bustle this is the place. Within walking distance to Casinos but enough away for some quite time. Very clean, staff was friendly, pool area was clean and not overly crowded.

Horrible place to stay. The shower felt dirty and gross, the lights in my room didn't work, the breakfast looked incredibly limited and closed at a ridiculously early hour. Won't be staying here again

I stayed in this hotel based on the fact that there is a shuttle to the strip advertised. They do not have the shuttle service at all. This made the hotel way more expensive factoring in all the uber rides needed to get to the strip or anywhere. In addition the room had bed bugs and we had to change rooms at 2:45am. The security guard moved us and checked out the room- we brought a video and a live bug to the front desk since no one answered the phone- and no other staff member ever reached out to us, despite us going up to the desk twice. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Water was leaking all over the place in the hotel, there was no complimentary shuttle as I had read and only one hot tub was working. I complained while I was there, chatted with Hilton and called customer care but they had me on hold way too long. By that point I didn’t have money to stay anywhere else. All the buckets in the floor was just crazy, there was even a slippery water spot on the tile by the fish. Water was pouring into the gym as I worked out being caught by a tall trash can. This hotel did not meet my opinion of a Hilton brand hotel. I had family book a room next to us also which they too regret. No connecting rooms either. To think I canceled the room I had booked on the strip and booked there at embassy because you guys never let me down. I stay at nothing but Hilton hotels but this was an Overall bad experience. Breakfast was good and that’s really the only positive thing I can say.
