I had much higher expectations for this hotel. We stayed 4 nights, October 31- Nov 4 - We paid a higher fee for a "deluxe room" with a mountain view, room 7001. Here is a list of issues: there were feces splatters on the wall by the toilet - there was a broken faucet, the shower was not clean. With the light showing through the windows, the sheets were aged, furniture is scratched, vents have dust hanging from them, windows had full handprints, chair had "wet" stains... the bed was VERY worn and lumpy... we slept horribly. Someone else's food was in the fridge when we arrived... For the cost of this hotel we are highly disappointed. We will not stay here again. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel was clean and rooms are modern. Great walk in shower. The room is more quiet than most hotels. We didn't hear people in the hallway. The room has a coffee maker and free bottled water.

The casino had a great variety of machines. It is clean and easy to navigate. There are several bars, but none had a band or dancing. The casino had very good air quality and isn't smoky nor does it smell.

The Farm Cafe is very good with large portions and needs to stay open later! TGIF is a mediocre chain, but had good staff. The Salted Lime was average Mexican food, but nothing special. The buffet is closed. There is also a food court and a Starbucks.

The pool area is large and nice. Lots of cushioned chairs. The hotel isn't near anything else, so it is less busy. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return!

The last time we visited was in about 2017 and at that time the Aliante was one of our favorite off the strip locations. This time the overall atmosphere was very different. Our biggest disappointment was the short time frame that the pool was open, 11 am - 7 pm. The other disappointment was we were given an ADA room, not by request, which means everything was set up for a wheelchair disability. No overhead shower, bed lower to the ground and harder to get out of. The best part of our experience however was the extra friendly front door staff. The counter staff was nice but just business focused and not as personal.
Sorry to say we will look elsewhere the next time.

We wanted to stay here because it was away from the strip and we went for an event that required a regular truck and trailer. We have stayed at this hotel several times before and told anyone at this event to stay here. We met our daughter from out of state who also rented a room. Check in was smooth, we were suppose to stay for 5 days, 2 rooms. But that was the only thing. Our room, 7010; there was food left in the small refrigerator that sat on 2x4’s, not mounted when you open it, it would fall over. The food had to be in there for several days it was rotten. I told the front desk and was questioned if it was mine, after I complained. The bathroom, the toilet paper holder was falling off, the roll wouldn’t it stay on. There was used toiletries left on the floor, from previous tenants under the sink.My daughters room, 7038; the shower was leaking water so bad it was running out of the the walk in shower and leaving the whole bathroom in standing water. The refrigerator also was not mounted and would fall over every time it was opened. This was reported and never addressed. The hotel; when we would return in the evening, the gift store was supposed to be open but was always closed with sign saying they would be back later. We wanted to get water and small snacks. Starbucks on Sunday was supposed to open at 6:00 am, we went down at 6:30 and it was closed. Our event was canceled on Sunday, we brought our truck and trailer as was told they didn’t allow trucks and trailers. The “GM” told valet we could not park there. My family paid $2000. to stay here! The current management has let this place decline to the point where it should be classified with a 1 star hotel rating. We had no choice but to leave 1 day early. . Seeing our family was cut short. This hotel a typical corporate greed, did not care. Don’t stay here.

I have been planning a Bachelorlette party for the last couple weeks with the spa / pool. On the website as well as multiple spa attendants told my party the pool would be open March 29th. My party planners went to tour the spa Saturday and wanted to see the pool. ALL the spa attendants were amazing but the Front Desk Manager was the RUDEST PERSON. She had NO customer service, was just disgusting and obviously did not want a party of 20+ people to spend money at the spa or at her resort. We had booked rooms and spa treatments and she had not a care in the world about the way she talked to people. We will be canceling and moving the party to another hotel. She obviously didn’t want us to know her name because she covered her name tag with her hair.

90 degrees out and pool is closed for the season with no mention of it when booking on Expedia, Highly disappointed, scheduled our anniversary stay off strip so we could relax by the pool during the day that was so highly advertised on the website only to find it’s closed. Why would you not post that on your website? Very misleading. We had hope to relax during the day, get our evening gambling in and dine in the many restaurants without having to leave the site. Pretty much ruined that plan. We also had friends coming to hang out for the day and join us for dinner tonight at the Market steak house. Had to cancel the day plans with them. One other side note if your thinking of choosing this place. No coffee makers in the rooms, you have to order room service or go down to Starbucks. Small thing but highly in convenient. We will make do, Casino is nice, room is clean, figuring out this morning where we can venture out and relax.

Aliante appears very nice when you arrive and the front entrance valet greeters make you feel welcomed but the experience ends there. I have stayed several times expecting it to get better but it doesn't. The front desk workers I have had are borderline rude, the kings size beds are undersized and are comparable to sleeping on a futon, no cable TV only local channels with spotty reception and the pool hours are ridiculous for a "resort and spa" experience. The regular hours of the pool are 10:00 to 7:00 and after killing a morning to wait until they open, we were greeted with a sign that delayed the opening until 11:00. It was obvious by the professionally produced sign that this is not an uncommon occurrence. On this particular morning we were also woken up at 6:00 by an alarm clock that we did not set and could hear the alarm in the vacant room next door go off within 5 minutes. Not sure if this is a housekeeping service or not, either way just another inconvenience and annoyance. Casino and restaurants are okay but my recommendation would be to sleep off property. I have know idea what the $35 resort fee is for, certainly not pool amenities or TV service.

The room was clean and comfortable. We paid for a “mountain view” room but got a view of a roof top with mountains in the distance. The parking garage is a hike to/from the hotel. Minimal parking in front of hotel. No luggage carts. No in-room coffee maker. We wanted to get an early start but had to wait for Starbucks to open to get a cup of coffee. All this for a $38 resort fee. We would not stay here again.

This was the best hotel we've stayed at in years. Super friendly staff and beautiful grounds and gorgeous interior. Easy check-in and security to use the elevators. Our bellhop could not have been friendlier.

The room was A+. Great bathroom with a glass shower [I do wish they had spend a few extra dollars and had higher toilet seats - always feel sorry for people with bad legs. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet room.

Would stay again.

There are two full restaurants in the casino area.

I like the cleanliness, however the location is not very convenient. Additionally, I have never stayed at a hotel that does not allow you access to a microwave... After asking many employees, I am only pointed in the direction of the restaurants. I do not believe in wasting food so my leftovers had to be eaten cold.
