    Great Hotel

    Great team, host and service. Very happy every trip. Shopping and other entertainment for the non gambler very close to the hotel. Taxi's are always available if necessary. Will definitely be going again.

    Very nice stay

    Very nice stay. I just have to get use to the smoke in the casino, which is probably the same for most casinos in Reno. Clean and updated rooms. Free parking. Finding close parking can be a challenge in the evening. Great people in the...More

    yes they have a luxury tower with full concierge amenities just ph and ask they are 4 diamond also make sure to go to the purple parrot and play some keno tell mrs chow blair sent you .she will treat you well
