Good place for the price. Nice staff. Convenient parking and location to highway. Comfortable bed, good towels. Property a bit worn. Quiet. We stay here every time we are in Reno. Don’t expect fancy but adequate.

I stayed two nights in March. Hotel is very close to the Airport. The first thing I do at any hotel is to clean the room with disinfectant wipes. I used 5 wipes that turned black. I showed them to the night clerk. She said "Sorry about that" Nice person however she needs to be trained in customer problem solving. The room had crumbs on the furniture, Unclean coffee pot and filter holder, tray under coffee set was sticky. Bathroom door had white spray all over the back. Bed was comfortable however there was not a plastic cover over the mattress. When I fail to see a plastic mattress cover, extra care in needed inspecting the bed. The most disturbing issue was there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Just two unwrapped toilet paper rolls. When I questioned the front desk manager the next morning, he said Choice hotels told them to take the holders out. I am trying to verify this with Choice hotels corporate office. I think this is an sanitary hazard ! The breakfast was good with the normal choices. Nothing special. The first day the tables were not very clean. The second day they were clean. There were two empty wooden pallets leaning on the entryway of the building. I questioned the front desk manager about this. He made some excuse. I told him the place looks trashy at the front entrance. He said he would move them.
Would I stay here again. No. There are plenty of other hotels nearby. I am sure there are better choices.

I have been three (3) times to Las Vegas and I was always curious to check out Reno. Downtown Reno and Downtown Sparks were both about a ten (10)-minute drive from this hotel, the airport was in close proximity to this hotel, and Yosemite National Park’s closest entrance was about three (3) hours away. There was a large outdoor mall behind this hotel. This hotel was right by I-580; I-80 was also nearby. There was a large parking lot, and there was a gym with weights and cardio machines. The hotel had a free breakfast buffet from 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. with muffins, English muffins, scrambled eggs, fruits, cereals, and more. There was free wifi. My room had a television, a microwave, a refrigerator, a desk, and couches. My room was mostly clean minus something on the ceiling of the shower. The housekeeping staff members were very active in this hotel. My large bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water, and my room had both heat and air conditioning. The staff was nice, and I got two (2) waters and a bag of cookies from them as a welcome gift. I did hear some brief construction noise at night during my first (1st) night here, and some of the guests were a bit noisy outside in the parking lot on my second (2nd) night. There was very little noise that I heard from the airport. Furthermore, some lights from the outside kept me up at times due to the fact that the heavy outer curtains did not measure as long as the full window and the minimal inner blind coverings were very weak in terms of their abilities to keep out the outside lights. Nevertheless, overall, I had a good stay.

This property has much to offer for the price, including close proximity to the airport. Troy at the front desk bent over backwards to help us plan our voyage South toward lake Tahoe. The room was comfortable and in good repair. But my wife and I don't like the way budget hotels sometimes try to save money. The worst example was shutting off the breakfast at 9:00 a.m. even on the weekend. A nearby competitor runs until 11. Closing down the airport shuttle at 10:00 p.m. cost us $10 for a taxi ride, since our plane pulled in at midnight. The shower head leaked and the toilet handle was broken. But we would probably stay here again.

They turn off the water and I couldn't shower (they said it was just going to take 20 min, and it was longer than an hour, and I had to check out), and the staff at the front desk was super rude when I ask for help.
He yell at me, and I ask for the manager, and he said if I want it to take it that far... well I guess I deserve some respect and help. He ask me to leave, just because I want to talk to the manager.

Main reason to stay here is that it is right down the road from the airport. I found my room reasonably clean, no maintenance issue, though I had to call the front desk to have them explain how to turn on the AC (a hidden switch on the unit, which in turn activates the wall thermostat). It is a bit hard to find - set back from the street, and if you miss the turn, you have to go around the block. There are some food options in the immediate area. Microwave and fridge in the room. They serve real breakfast - well microwaved eggs and sausage patties - in the lobby starting pretty early. I was somewhat disturbed in that there is a corner of the parking lot, labelled "smoking area", that was pretty continuously occupied by men, who did not appear to be hotel guests (did not see any of them coming in/out of the lobby). I wondered who these people were, and if my car was safe in the lot. In the end, nothing happened, so was OK but I still wonder what was up with that. Inside, it was fairly quiet, some noisy guests in the hallways, but the noise of the AC fan masked that and I slept well.

We enjoyed our stay. Front desk allowed us an early check in after we arrived via their free airport shuttle. They have laundry facilities and you can buy detergent from front desk. Nice, large clean and modern rooms. Denny’s next door. Our ONLY complaint: We opted for only a banana and yogurt for breakfast because the young.man that they had serving a hot breakfast to guests did not wear a mask. I mentioned my concern to the front desk gentleman and he seemed to not really care.

This hotel suffers from a plethora of maintenance issues and is rather dingy and dirty. Upon check in the room AC was stuck at 69 and would not allow adjustment. I switched rooms and the new room had a connecting door that would not lock. I called customer service to fix the situation and did not get into a new room until 1 am.
I am now in my third room and it "appears" that everything is working. Carpets throughout the hotel are spotted and dirty and frayed on edges. Sheets are wrinkled in every room. The manager seems more intent on booking all available rooms rather than fixing rooms that have maintenance issues. The problem with this strategy is that customers like me will file complaints. Better to fix the room issues before renting.

Went here for New Year's. Check in was good. Location is ok if you are going to the airport, however if you want to go the opposite direction it involves going out of the way. Just a minor inconvenience tho. Room was clean, but shows signs of wear. Bathroom doesn't have towel hooks or toilet paper holders. Buffet has lots of selections which I really like with Comfort Inn. Have to give special thanks to the housekeeping, who found something of value that I left in the room and reported it back to me.
