I got a really good deal though one of the associated sites linked from Trip Advisor. If you book online, make sure that you print out your reservation voucher and bring it to the check-in counter – they had apparently booked me for the wrong...More

This place is the way Las Vegas used to be: clean and above all cheap. Around $80 a night for a suite in the sky tower. Two rooms: one with a sofa bed and one with a king bed. And the parking is free. All...More
I prefer the sky tower to the main tower. It's less crowded and a lot easier to find parking spots. You can take a very quick shuttle or walk to the main tower which holds the casino and food court, the walk is about 3...More

I don't recall the exact context. Circus Circus has a food court for the most inexpensive meals. There are numerous other restaurants (asian, sushi, Mexican, buffet, seafood, steak, ... )spread out in the 3 jointly held, interconnected casinos. All of these are open pretty much all the time (a few may go dark once a week).
There was one small coffee and donut shop near the Sky Tower elevators that opened sporadically. There is a larger donut shop near the food court, so it's not a big deal.
Madame Butterworks was a newly renovated breakfast option. Not sure what was there before.
Hope this helps

It used to, but was removed when the El Dorado bought Circus Circus and started renovating. I understand the sister casinos (El Dorado and Silver Legacy) still have swimming pools. If you stay at Circus Circus, I was told you could use these pools for $10 per person per day. Not sure, but the El Dorado and Silver Legacy may have a higher daily resort fees to cover the pool costs.
