From the filter parking lot littered with debri, cigaret buts bottles to the disgusting room. Open room door to find a hole behind it. Stains on the sheets. Only one towel per person. Internet .02 spee. No drain in sink nor bathtub. Broken lamp all crocker by bedstead. Room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years. Totally non responsive staff and manager. Wish I would have read the reviews before going. After a long flight all I wanted was a clean room. Unfortunately booked 2 nights and with Superbowl weekend getting accommodations at other place was nearly impossible. The room was never serviced

King sized room with adjacent connecting room. The people in the other room were partying and tried to break into our room in the middle of the night. When we called the front desk she didn't seem too concerned and just called them to stop. We did end up switching rooms. The tub also felt like it was going to fall and kept popping whenever I moved.

The hotel needs a complete makeover. Room was dirty and the bathroom tub was disgusting. Staff was pleasant. The outside area for pets was nice enough, but fecal matter was abundant and needed attention. A previous stay at another location was awesome and I would rate it a 10. This one i would rate a2 and that is based on cost.

This hotel was awful! There was graffiti on the window valance and the bathroom mirror, the window sill had at least a months worth of dust on it and there was hair on the bathroom floor behind the door, the carpet was filthy, I was appalled. We complained to no avail…

My wife and I needed a place to stay close to the Reno airport so we could fly out early the next morning. As soon as we pulled up we knew we were in trouble. Parking lot deals being made behind the cars, dirty surroundings, but we had to look at the room. The proprietor was a very nice, kind young man and he assured us a clean room after I questioned him on cleanliness. It was far from that. Carpet was filthy and stained, green in color, surely never replaced since being built. So many coats of paint the walls looked wavy. Toilet and tub had to be original as well, you just can't get that grey color out by scrubbing and bleach. We knew no refund would be given for the lack of no 24 hour notice, I told him to keep my $91. BTW, no shuttle service offered to and from the airport. We went to the Hyatt and had an incredible room with free parking and clean carpet and sheets. La Quinta by Windham Reno needs to be scraped.

If you like filthy rooms with urine on the bed sheets, weird spotches on the wall, the smell of feces and dead animals, and horrible customer service, this is place. The desk agent basically agreed that after switching rooms twice it wouldn't get better, so we left and had to scramble to find a hotel for the night. I want a refund.

Heaters didn't work in the suite. Very dirty bathroom floor! No shower curtain! Stains on sheets! Towels were not bright white looked super old! Aluminum tape on coffee table! Just an overall horrible experience!!

Dirty and run down hotel that charges extra for your pet. The outside of the hotel has trash, gang signs, used dirty linens in the broken closet. Bathroom floor was not clean. Total of two bath towels in the bathroom. A lot of maintenance items that needed to be done. There is only one ice machine in the lobby for the entire facility. We didn’t try the breakfast but that was just because it was a judgement call. If the place was cleaner we would have had breakfast there.

The dirtiest hotel I ever stayed. Molds and bugs in the restroom. Dirty carpet. Shower handle was broken. Leaking faucet. Bad customer service. The employees don't care. They do not respond in time.

Bed very comfortable, but rug was heavily stained and splashed of food on wall. Foot high grafito on valence and more on mirror. Bathroom was very dirty and shower was also moldy. I’m surprised this place is not inspected by the Wyndham chain.
