The rooms are not clean nor has it ever been updated. No amenities, no rom service, place stinks, service horrible. Casino Host (sic) did not even have courtesy to return my call! Absolutely the worst of the worst!

Stayed here June 7 & 8, with 3 small kids while husband was in a bowling tournament. He usually stays at this hotel, since it fit our budget. I have to say, walking the kids through the casino (ages 19, 6 & 4) to get to the hotel elevator was a bit uncomfortable for me. Ate at the grill the...

Sands regency hotel is probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The outside streets of downtown Reno, Nevada smell like trash and garbage which adds to the horrible experience. The entire hotel smells like cigarette and trash mixed together, especially in the lobby and first floors. This is a big turn off seeing as how you're planning to stay...

We'd wanted to explore the area around Reno, and got a decent deal on a room here. But neither of us gambles at all, and you have to walk through a lot of casino to find a hotel registration desk! We found only 3 pillows on our bed in the old tower, and needed 3 more to make ourselves comfortable...

My daughter and I flew down from Vancouver, BC, for a wedding, shared a large bedroom on the 15th floor of the old tower. Beds were comfortable, nice view, spotless, stayed 4 nights, but couldn't wait to leave because of no relief from heavy smoke throughout the main floor which permeated your clothes and your hair. Absolutely no seating available...

The rooms here are clean & comfortable. There is nothing fancy about them, or for that matter the casino but the prices are way below what you will pay downtown (the Sands is 2 blocks off So. Virgina) or at Peppermilll. The bars offer super deals on drinks and there is an adequate selection of table games and all the...

The rooms are average size for two people and have plenty of room for a single. They are clean, however can be noisy, which is to be expected in a casino hotel. There is a grocery store and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Water pressure in my room was below average. I had one breakfast in the...

on hotels.com. $20/night per room. We had 2 rooms and asked not to be next door to each other. They gave us across the hall. Spa and pool were in decent enough condition that we didn't mind going in for a dip. Rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities were great. I'd definitely do that again.

Ok if your looking for a 5 start this is not it. IF you are looking for a decent room, with good beds at a good price this is a good pick. I stayed for here 4 nights from 5-16 to 5-19. Had no issues with my room and thought that for the price it was a very good deal....

I had gone there over the Memorial Day weekend, renting three rooms for my family. They have three towers. Instead of putting us in the same tower, since I had made the reservations two months in advance, they put two rooms in one tower and they gave me a room in the oldest tower - I'm guessing it was built...
