My husband and I were traveling and was very tired to stopped here to see what it was like. The room was old but clean and there were NO bed bugs so I thought it was a plus. It was also reasonably priced at $49 per night. We were at the end of the hall so it was quiet which...

So as a family of 5 we didn't have very many options when looking for a place to live, the first thing I noticed is tons of people outside drinking beer and smoking weed. Then when we got our room#321 the rug is all stained some little kid wrote all over the bathroom door and under the sink. Our walls...

In its day I'm sure this was a wonderful place to stay, but now it is run-down and in definite need of an overhaul. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was wonderfully kind and helpful, but the hotel is beyond dated to just plain old. The carpeting is beyond stained and frayed, the rooms are very...

Come on in and stay at the f'ing Windsor! My wife n I had an extended stay at the Windsor beginning in September 2015 TIL December. Our first room #335 was filthy. Nothing worked even the shower head was broken. We complained, nothing was ever corrected! We were then moved to #:218. We suggested a credit, yeah right!? During the...

The sign at check in saying "no refunds" should have been a warning, but late night, snow, and exhaustion colored our judgment. Both elevators were out of service. No big deal, right? Wrong. Emergency doors were open and the alarm system shut off. Not good. The stairs to our room were littered with trash. The hallway was blocked by a...

Although the it was clean and quiet, every thing was in bad shape, esp. the carpets and walls. They were very spotted and thread bare. It seems to be mostly a place for "down and out" families and people who needed a cheap place to stay long term.

We came off of the desert after Burning Man, dusty, tired and ready to sleep in a bed. Our expectations were reasonable. We are obviously not hard to please, as we had spent a week with no showers, port-o-potties, dust storms and white-outs, long lines for ice, etc. However, we were unprepared to walk in to such a dump. We...

We only paid $45.00 (including tax) for a king size bed, on a Wednesday night. The price was great, but the hotel reeked of smoke, until we got into our smoke free room. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was indeed smoke-free. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and it had a good flow shower head. The...

I travel for a living and try to stay in less expensive hotels. I stayed at Sand motel which looked worst than Windsor from the out side but it's rooms were well maintained and clean. Windsor can't say that. The carpets look as though they have not been cleaned in awhile and they should be replaced anyway. The residents (yes...
