Staying at the hotel that connects RIGHT to heavenly from stagecoach lift on the Nevada side is pretty SWEET.. so why wouldn't we stay there? WE HAD TOO.. not realizing "The Ridge" had way more buildings than just the tower which is right across from the registration desk (our friends stayed there last weekend) with a HUGE hot tub inside...

I saw quite a few reviews on this place which really do not give the units at Ridge Pointe the compliments they deserve. The 2 bedroom unit we were in was very large. It was a large one bedroom with a studio lockoff. Big kitchen and livingroom area and jacuzzi in the master bedroom. It was very well maintained. We...

We had a lovely room but........ The pictures that are on booking.com are very misleading and the description does not CLEARLY explain that the pools and the kids arcade are all at the property called The Ridge View which we had to drive too. A lot of money for inconvenience and disappointment for my Grandchild. Also you have to pay...

Check in was smooth, but needed to renew a room key a few days later (not an unusual event). Front desk had us listed as a "no show" even though we had been there for a few days. Spa desk was clueless where some activities were being held. Otherwise, a fun place with lots of activities. Free shuttles to and...

We booked a week at Ridge Pointe through Interval International. It is one building within a group of buildings scattered on the mountainside. The units are set up like a Motel Six with access to the units provided on outside corridors. Check in is awkward at best as it is handled remotely with keys etc found in a lockbox near...

While coming from across country, we planned out our trip ahead of time to book all our hotels. I found this hotel to be severely pricey but figured by the pictures, explanations online, and details given- that this would be an incredible experience! When we arrived to Ridge Pointe, the check-in was not only confusing, you had to phone over...

Booked one night through Hotels.com 7/30 for $210. This is a sub motel 6 property. There was no staff to check us in when we arrived at 5 on Saturday. Not knowing the process we were told check in was down the street, so we got back in the car and called. They told us our keys were in a...

My wife and I spent seven days at this resort and we were pleasantly pleased with this resort facility. Our unit was large and well supplied. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were generally outstanding. The views around the mountain and lake were terrific and it was exciting living at the high altitude of about 7500 feet elevation. There were...

We just stayed here in the King room and enjoyed the place, the room was good size with a king bed and clean. We were just around the corner from the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly Valley ski resort. They had a big jacuzzi to use after the skiing.
