My husband is a lizard and hates the cold, but Misty-girl is a snowdog! We came up for a night for a snow play day without Dad and had a ball! Good dogs are welcome. Bad dogs...maybe not. Angie and Lloyd were great, despite snow issues, they made sure everything was great! I have not seen this much snow in...

We spent a week in cottage 1, and Angie & Loyd (the owners) were just the best most down to earth friendly & helpful people you could imagine to meet. They are very helpful. and every time we had a question or needed help or needed something, they were there to help. Thanks Angie & Loyd! They do not live...

Called the owners on the way there because I wanted a cottage with 2 beds in separate room. They gave our family Cottage 1 which was Clark Gable's cottage when he used to visit there. So much hospitality and the owners are really accommodating. This was my son's first trip to Tahoe and his first time in the snow as...

The staff are very nice, the cottages have been updated and are well stocked, clean with dishes, etc. I love the option of using a BBQ right outside your cottage and a picnic table. They also allow dogs which was a huge plus for us because we did not want to leave them home alone with fireworks. These cottages are...

Great time at Docs cottages. We had a BBQ and spent time at the lake which is walking distance. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area!! I know I will surely be back this winter. I would not stay anywhere else in Tahoe. Thank you ☺️

Comfy, cozy and fun to stay at. The staff is the best and the cottages are vintage rustic but sparkling clean. Keep in mind, the experience here is the charm of staying in a mountain cabin, its NOT supposed to be a fancy, modern hotel room, which is why my wife and I love staying here. It is a short,...

Cabins have plenty of parking, old time charm, clean, beds were very comfortable, and just about everything you need for your stay. BBQ came in handy, I don't like to eat out for every meal. The owners are FANTASTIC, very helpful, accommodating, so sweet and fun to be around. Walk to everything, beach, shows, summer concerts, casino's, dinner, shopping, gondola...

Our 4th trip to Doc's. It never disappoints. The weather was not cooperating with constant wind and rain. We stayed in our cabin quite a bit and loved every minute of it. We had both TV's' going with football, had pizza delivered and just watched the rain. The beds are warm and so comfortable, It really was a cozy weekend...
