Can't beat the location! We stayed for 6 nights to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Adorable cottage that had everything we needed. Great patio with grill. Directly in the back yard of Harvey's outdoor arena so we also listened to 2 concerts while there. The owners were fantastic hosts. This was our second time staying at Doc's and we look forward...

What a great find. This place has old Hollywood all over it. Original 6 cottages Circa 1929. Mom and Pop run very nice people. Very clean, comfortable. One block from main street, two blocks to the beach. Quiet! Full kitchen included, a great place on a budget. I love the fact I can park my car out side the cottage....

We made a reservation and they were kind to give us a follow up call. We stayed 2 nights and the cottage was clean and close to all entertainment venues and restaurants. Casino literally a stones throw from the door but oddly and grateful that noise was never an issue. The only downfalls were there was no continental breakfast offered...

We had a great two-night stay. Cozy cabins and perfect location. It was a very relaxing location while still being so close to the activity centers. We bbqed one night with the equipment provided on site. Just bring your own charcoal and wood for the fire pit. Kitchens were equipped with everything that you'd need. We can't wait to go...

No words can express the homey comfort and kindness you get from a stay at Doc's Cottages. The individual cottages hold a sense of community that invites hellos and shared stories with the other guests and owners Angie and Lloyd. A real neighborly feel. The location speaks for itself and really can't be beat. The rooms are kept very clean....

Had another lovely vacation at Doc's. They have everything you need here. You can walk down the street to the lake or around the corner to the casinos. And still have the feeling that your camping in the woods. Lloyd and Angie are the nicest hosts.

In the midst of all the casinos, Doc's Cottages in an oasis. Lloyd and Angie are wonderful hosts, full of weird and interesting stories. They make you feel right at home. The cottages are cozy and clean. The best part about them are the front porches, where you can watch the tourists and locals go by. Will definitely be returning.

I go up to Lake Tahoe often, and have walked past these cottages many, many times. Finally decided to book an night - was planning for a BD hike to a lake in the Desolation Wilderness with my dog Misty. Angie and staff were very welcoming to Misty and me, they like dogs and told me about theirs. Angie walked...

Great little cabin! Beautifully preserved original wood on ceilings and floors. Bathroom was much bigger than I expected. Owner was super friendly. I feel like I experienced Tahoe the way it was meant to be--no flashy casino, just a simple cottage (with WiFi and cable :) Very happy. Will definitely be back.

My family and I loved our stay @ Doc's Cottages! The staff are awesome. The cottage was nice and clean and the hot water supply is endless. You can walk to the shops and casinos, etc. We came for a wedding, but will plan a longer trip so we can have time to explore the area more. We'll be back!...
