This place is fine, not sure why those terrible reviews were posted. Comfortable bed, quiet room with TV and wifi. Why pay more? It could use a little paint but that's ot a big deal. Cafe is pretty standard but at least it's convenient. Glad I saved 100 bucks over some places in town.

This place is not for tourists. Tweekers everywhere, the food is terrible, the gambling is limited to old slots some not even working, and lousy drinks. Don’t believe the older couple that advertise the place being great. The so called RV park is small and steep sites, totally ran down.

Simply put. This place is a dump. Disgusting in every aspect. Don't believe me, go ahead, stay there and tell me different. Dirty, broken furniture, old (not in a good way and over priced. Staff was friendly but who cares when every other aspect is a zero.

This place is awesome. I would love to go again. Staff were awesome. rooms were clean. It is a little run down, but it takes you back in time. Had a rain strom, which was cool and very well needed. I dont thin there is any thing else to do in this town but would go here just for this fun place

The room was good until we tried to take a shower. The faucet did not work. The receptionist told me all the faucets were hard to pull and to hold it with both hands and pull it hard. This could be fixed by any plumber.

We stayed here in May 2021 and it was good. We had vehicle issues and the staff was unbelievably helpful and nice. We decided to make a quick pit stop and have a beverage and relax for a little bit. We had 3 hours left to our destination and needed a break. We were shocked at how much it had deteriorated over the last 18 months. We went into the bar but there was no one around, eventually someone snapped that they were busy and would be back in 5-10 minutes. We went to the “cage” to get change and were told that they were in the vault and they didn’t know when they would be back. Okay. We sat down and played a slot machine for a little bit and finally noticed a guy in the bar. We went in and he was very unfriendly. Belching while bitching to some guy. A real charmer. He reluctantly served us a beer and a drink. We understand how hard it is to get good help these days, but really. We will not stop here again. Definitely lost its charm.

At arrival check-in was friendly and apologized cable tv is not working. Also had a printed note on the counter that looked as if that has not been a temporary issue the last days. Later I read reviews as of August where people complained about that. I can only assume they do not fix it as they expect guests to use their Casino instead of watching TV. Hallway on 2nd floor has sets of stairs, is dark, and carpet obviously has not been vacuumed in ages. Room itself was almost clean: one should vacuume behind and around the nightstands because guests indeed look behind when looking for sockets. Beds were good but broken furniture should be replaced to not make you feel like staying in a dump. Decorations in the lobby, casino and floors as well as the building as such are really neat though. For 72 $ per night location is okay. We had dinner at the Tonopah Brewery which we can recommend.

This property is just plain nasty. It is rundown and dirty. The carpet in our room was stained and woodwork was dinged up. Sheets and towels were paper thin . The carpets in the halls and the elevator haven’t been vacuumed in ages. Dirt and dust in the corners. The only reason I gave it one star was the cheery waitress in the restaurant. The food was good also. Price posted online was not the price I was charged and the desk clerk was indifferent when I told her.

Old hotel. New painted rooms. The TV system not working. Looked behind bed. OMG! So much dirt, one could plant 'taters in it. Kind of a surley desk clerk, but room was cheap, so consider your priorities. Gambling on site with just one nice fellow trying to keep everyone served & work as cashier as well, Food was ok.

Located half-way between Las Vegas and Reno. My wife and I stayed going and on the return from Las Vegas to Reno. It is a great stop on this boring Highway. The room was very clean and basic. Limited TV Channels and the internet worked from the High School. The staff were very friendly. I always use this hotel on my trips to/from Las Vegas to Reno or Lake Tahoe. Management should be very proud. Photos added.
