Stayed at the motel next to the Mizpah, what a mistake. Wish we had stayed here!! This is a beautifully restored hotel, what a gem. Lots of money has been put to use here. We asked to view a couple rooms and were gladly escorted to a couple, Nice clean rooms with old world charm. Had a couple drinks in...

Had a business gathering with Colleagues in Las Vegas and Reno and this place in right in the middle. The hotel Manager “Tracy” told us about the “Dempsey Room” where we could conduct our business and was served Dinner at the end of the night. This hotel was built around 1905 or 1907 and is full of Nevada history –...

We pass through Tonopah often. We decided to stay here on this trip and we weren’t disappointed. This restored hotel has tons of Western charm, beginning with the old fashioned lobby with overstuffed Western furniture and adjoining the Longhorn Saloon’s long wooden bar. The hotel’s Pittman Café offers excellent food. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our king room was...

This place is really one of the coolest hotels have I have ever stayed. The remodeling that was done is really something to behold... We were in the Queen Room.. and while on the smaller side was really comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for 2 relatively minor things. 1. We...

We were 6 then 5 motorcycle enthusiasts, touring the Southwest. We entered Tonopah with low expectations based on one riders past experience at other accommodations. Those being full, we saw the reviews for the Mizpah and decided to check it out. It was truly a great stop. Wonderful staff, nice rooms, clean, lots of character, great bar, good dining, lots...

Such a pleasure to experience this beautifully restored treasure... We had seen its shell many years ago and are so glad it has been saved. The staff was informative & friendly. The hotel common areas & our room were spotless. This hotel has been known as being haunted, but we were pleased to note that the energy on the 5th...

This grand hotel, first opened in 1908, has been exquisitely restored to her former glory. Reopened in 2011, the guest is readily transported back to the turn of the last century., and there is much to delight the eye throughout the lobby, bar area and corridors. Pictures of famous guests, along with the check ey used to pay for their...

They have done an incredible job renovating an old hotel back to its original glory--a beautiful place. Take the time to wander the lobby and each floor. Very clean, bright, nicely furnished room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff.

We've been meaning to visit the Mizpah for a while. We like old hotels. The prices are very reasonable and the room was quite comfortable. We particularly liked the footed bathtub, although stepping in and out was challenging. I think I'd suggest that they install a grab bar on the wall for those of us less than 100% steady! The...
