We love taking our short vacation getaways to Wendover. We have stayed in most of the Hotels there. So far I love the Nugget. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I am a fan of the hot tub suites.. My hubby loves the sports bar. The staff has always been sensitive to my special needs as I am disabled. We...

I make it out to West Wendover about once a month and always enjoy stopping by the Wendover Nugget. I always enjoy the buffet and the beverages that they serve at starbucks. I normally go to bet on sports at the sportsbook and to play a few table games. They have a nice sports bar in the basement where you...

I stay at the Wendover Nugget about once a month they usually send free rooms which makes it nice. They have a great Buffet and a Better steak house. I usually win more money on their slots they also have a Starbucks coffee house that is great in the morning if you have a bit of a hangover

I've yet to have a great shower, or something not leaking from the room above. Other than that, it's okay. It's one of the cheaper places to stay in West Wendover, without having to feel like you might catch something by sleeping in one of the beds. That being said, sometimes it's better to go across the street to Montego...

West Wendover, Nevada is a small town on the Nevada/Utah border. It has 5 casino/hotels. The Nugget and Red Garter are owned by one company and Montego Bay, Rainbow and Peppermill are owned by another company. The Nugget/Red Garter are on the lower end when it comes to room amenities, food, design and comfort. However, both of these hotels will...

Wendover Nugget was immaculate in its appearance. This is true whether you enter in either of the four entrance points that I entered. The slot machines were fun to play especially the ORB machine. In the basement I played a few games of pool and met some nice friends. We have eaten at the buffet three times and the food...

Wendover is a fair sized town divided into Utah and Nevada, the latter with casinos and strip malls. Rather than push on at night into the Nevada desert, we got a room at the Nugget -- $79/night for one room with two beds (they offered a deluxe room for $89, but it's probably not worth it). Rooms were large and...

i have stayed a few times at the Nugget and I've had good and bad experiences, bad experience is they send you the monthly coupons for free rooms and when you call to reserve they are always booked even if you call 2 weeks ahead of time, but if you wanna get your cocktails fairly quick this is the place...

Customer Service is terrible. Very unfriendly. Gave us wrong cards to open our room - had to go back and get new cards. There are very few signs to let you know where to go. Took us 20 minutes to find the pool. They do not have maps to help you. Worst beds ever. Lumpy, sagging, and very uncomfortable. Comforter...
