Wendover is a fair sized town divided into Utah and Nevada, the latter with casinos and strip malls. Rather than push on at night into the Nevada desert, we got a room at the Nugget -- $79/night for one room with two beds (they offered a deluxe room for $89, but it's probably not worth it). Rooms were large and...

i have stayed a few times at the Nugget and I've had good and bad experiences, bad experience is they send you the monthly coupons for free rooms and when you call to reserve they are always booked even if you call 2 weeks ahead of time, but if you wanna get your cocktails fairly quick this is the place...

Customer Service is terrible. Very unfriendly. Gave us wrong cards to open our room - had to go back and get new cards. There are very few signs to let you know where to go. Took us 20 minutes to find the pool. They do not have maps to help you. Worst beds ever. Lumpy, sagging, and very uncomfortable. Comforter...

Basic rooms - clean and quiet. Housekeeping staff quick to assist with extras. Not a huge fan of the food at this property, but love the Starbucks on site. Clean casino area for gaming, easy access from rooms to casino, restaurants and parking is better than at other area hotels. Good stay.

While we were inj Wendover last time we briefly stopped in at the nugget. It had a pleasant atmosphere, polite people, and a good variety of gaming opportunities. We will be visiting Wendover again this weekend and I look forward to spending a little more time at the nugget!

We have stayed there many times because of the free rooms. (about once a month) But If the other casino would offer the same free rooms we would stay there. The rooms are old and need work and the people at the front desk are not nice, they are hard to talk too and don't care if you have a...

Very disappointing stay. We went with a large group and they managed to mess up half of 50 people's reservations. People who ordered jacuzzi rooms didn't get them and vice versa. What's even more shocking, 4 people in our group said they didn't receive their coupon book which was a standard part of the trip. The front desk woman yelled...

We stopped by the Wendover Nugget for 1 night on our drive home. What a mistake. First the desk clerk was not friendly at all. We had a coupon for 50% discount for friday night. When i showed it to the clerk he said "that needs to be printed". I asked if there was a place i could print it...

We live in Salt Lake City which is about 120 miles from Wendover, Nevada and since gambling is illegal where we live, we frequently go over the border to get our fix of debauchery. We always stay at either the Montego Bay or the Rainbow Hotel, both of which were booked to capacity the last time we went so we...

Hello, and thank you for bringing this up! We appreciate you taking the time to write us about your concern. We wouldn’t be where we are today without thoughtful people like you giving us valuable feedback! While we do, in fact, charge a resort fee, Montego Bay also charges a $6.00 fee according to their website. These fees are charged...
