Terrible customer service.
Here's what happened.
We booked a parasailing appointment Sunday morning for a few hours later that same day. The person on the phone didn't mention anything about their cancellation policy. People in our group fell ill and weren't able to go parasailing....More

Hello Abbey, yes, the beach is open.....the dock for the riverboat cruise is on the property, so there can tend to be a lot of activity during the summer....i'd say the beach is 300 yards long...20 yards wide..water is crystal clear and refreshing cool...be careful walking barefoot under the pine trees.....the cones have a really sharp tip that will stick you good if not careful....
