The room was absolutely disgusting, there were breadcrumbs all over the living room and ants crawling around. Also the bathroom tiles grout were completely pink from soap built up. I have had better experience before.

kids from 2 to 8 loved their vacation. The fish and game room were a huge hits! We were there off-season and enjoyed the facilities without crowds. The combo unit was perfect to separate the kids and the games.

We have stayed in two different rooms before. One at the very top, which is our favorite, due to the amazing views and the layout of the room. The amenities are great and kept very clean. Would recommend highly to visit!

This was our second visit to Nordic village .This visit we brought the kids with us the first visit was adult only. We were in a deluxe suite which was perfect for our family of five . Spacious room and having a fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking meals saves money . My only compliant was there seemed to be an ant problem in the up stairs bathroom . Also I didn't like that between 3-930 pm the pool occupancy was only 30 people allowed . Try telling that to a crying five year old when he couldn't swim :( because too many people were already in the pool area when we went to swim. There should be a time limit then so everyone has a chance to swim. Families would stay in the pool area for hours . Overall I do love this resort and can't wait to go back !

We have stayed at Nordic Village numerous times since we were engaged there in 2005 and have always had a great experience. This time was different. Our building was outdated. We had our dog with us so we were limited in what buildings we could stay in. We stayed in Zurich 130A. I do not recommend staying in this unit unless you don’t mind not sleeping on vacation. The water and jacuzzi from the unit above us was so loud that we couldn’t hear the tv in our bedroom. This happened 2 nights in a row until 12:30am. I called the next morning to request to move units and the woman at the desk assured me that the people above us were checking out that day and that should solve the problem. The button on our jacuzzi tub did not work, we had to use the knob on the wall to turn it on and off. There were water damage stains on the ceiling in our bedroom. The living room and bedroom carpets were stained and damaged. There were scratches on the door frames in the unit (I’m guessing from previous animal guests). The outdoor jacuzzi at the main clubhouse had a ring of filth around it. We were very saddened and very disappointed at how the quality of this resort has declined since our last stay there in July 2020. This resort definitely needs some upgrades, maintenance and a good scrubbing. Also they need better options for families with pets. We are a family of five and had to squeeze into a double king room (king bed in bedroom and king bed in living room) with one bathroom because that was the largest room available that allowed pets. This was the first time we’ve ever staying in a pet friendly unit and I wonder if that is why the quality of outer unit was so low. Photo attached shows the ring of filth around the outdoor hot tub.
