Nestled in The White Mountains on the southern base of Attitash Mountain and only a mile from the ski slopes, The Seasons Resort is the perfect destination for families looking to enjoy all that the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. The Seasons is conveniently located near popular attractions including Attitash, Cranmore, Black, Wildcat and Bretton Woods alpine ski areas… Jackson Ski Touring, access to the trails at Great Glen Trails and Bear Notch Touring Center nordic ski areas… Storyland, Santa’s Village, Attitash Mountain amusement areas, and the Conway Scenic Railroad… North Conway’s outlets, shops and restaurants… canoeing and kayaking as well as some of the best hiking and biking trails in the White Mountain National Forest. Our condos are a great alternative to expensive hotel stays. With fully equipped kitchens, living area & dining areas, 2 bathrooms, and linens are provided. All you need to do is bring the fun.

We continue to keep the safety and well-being of our staff and renters a top priority.  While we do our part with additional cleaning measures and follow recommended guidelines, we ask those who stay on this property do their part as well.  We are requiring masks/facial coverings to be worn in the common spaces and stairways within the condo buildings as 6-feet social distancing is impossible.

The Covid-19 virus is still out there, for us to continue to have our Clubhouse amenities building open, except the Sauna, there are strict guidelines and limited capacities that must be followed.  The Clubhouse amenities are very popular places to visit, we require all renters/owners to call ahead to reserve their time desired slot and area.  You must make a separate reservation for each area that you want to use.  Masks/facial coverings are required to be worn in the Clubhouse, except in the pool and Jacuzzi.  In fairness to all, time slots with capacity limits are 30-minute blocks for each area, with disinfecting in between guests visits, check with our Front Desk for availability at 800-332-6636..

We stayed at The Seasons in early August, 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is great for exploring the White Mountains - we went south to Kancamagus highway (Champney Falls, Boulder Loop, Sabbaday Falls), east to North Conway (Black Cap, Echo Lake, Diana's Bath), north-west (Crawford Notch - Arethusa Falls, Mt Willard) and north-east (Pinkham Notch - Mt Washington). All were < half an drive. We did not go to StoryLand (partially due to Covid), but that is a 3 minute drive. The condos are nice and convenient - 2 bedrooms, some with airconditioning (pick these if travelling in mid summer), free Wifi (worked well most of the time), fully equipped kitchens (though not stocked with oil/vinegar/foil/etc.). The resort also has a pool and a huge jacuzzi. As we were traveling during Covid, these required pre-booking (same day worked for week days, a couple days in advance for weekends). This was nice, as we were either the only ones there or with one other family max. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short by 2 days due to a death in the family. The Seasons was very nice and responsive - they refunded the 2 days of lodging quickly and were very understanding of the situation. Great place - highly recommend.

We have visited many times. There are many condos to rent and all size accommodations. We rented a penthouse unit which sleeps 8 to 10 people. They are all fully furnished and stocked. Our unit was very clean and close to the clubhouse which has a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and game rooms. The lower number units are best if you want to walk to the pool. The seasons is about a mile to Attitash mountain if you enjoy skiing and snowboarding in winter.

Our family and friends rented 3 condos for post Christmas and thru New Year's day. Although the buildings and units appear to be somewhat dated, they were clean, with well stocked kitchen utensils and the sleeping arrangements were as advertised. The location is excellent to nearby skiing, tubing and snow boarding facilities as well as taking in the local color in nearby villages. The main lodge that housed the pool, exercise room and game rooms was a short walk from our condo and many in our party took advantage of this facility. Truly, the only complaint i had during our stay was that on the day of our departure (checkout time is 10 a.m.) we had an overnight snowfall. My husband and i who are both seniors, had to get out and shovel the walkway from our condo to the parking lot. while the plows were out for the roads in the complex, the parking lots and walkways were not tended to until after checkout time (at least in our immediate area). Knowing the check out time, it would have been hoped that the maintenance crew at the Resort would have been out early with sufficient staff to clear the walkways and the parking areas. Their housekeeping staff were certainly on the ball as soon as we all cleared out. Good thing we had shoveled for them!

Thank you for taking the time to review your most recent stay at our resort. We're sorry to hear that we fell short of your expectations with the snow removal, it's a large complex and we do the best that we can to tend to everything as timely as possible. Our checkout time is 10 am on everyday of departure, if the condo is not needed for a check-in that same day, we work with our guests if they need some additional time. We hope that you will visit us again, and the next time you do, please don't hesitate to ask for some extra time. Regards, Seasons Resort
