This beautiful mansion has a sweeping front porch, with rocking chairs, where you can sit and watch the world go by. Very good restaurants near by and a scenic drive to the famous cog train ride. Our innkeeper was great and served delicious breakfasts. There was always a plate of home baked goodies by the front door. The rooms are...

We selected the Mullburn Inn, in part because of Cary Grant staying there (husband is a movie buff), but could not have been happier with the location and stay. Mary is a terrific host. Due to flight delay's we arrived 8 hours late, but Mary was accommodating Breakfasts were awesome. She had great suggestions for things to do and places...

Had a wonderful stay at the Mulburn Inn! Mary was so welcoming and the Inn was beautiful and full of antiques! Breakfast is yummy and sitting on the front porch with morning coffee was relaxing. The Inn is walking distance to a little downtown area with restaurants and a theatre. I would highly recommend!!

My wife and I have stayed at many B&B's and rate The Mulburn Inn right at the top. We were unable to visit on our scheduled day because of an illness. The innkeeper, Mary, switched our stay to a better day. She could not have been more understanding. We had the pleasure of spending some leisure time with Mary who...

If you want to feel welcome this is your place. Very accessible to Franconia National Park. Bed very comfortable and nice bath ensuite. Breakfast was memorable but a set menu. We sat on the porch and drank wine we had brought with us. It was fun to watch the world go by, Would stay again.

This B&B is wonderful! It has the feel of a youth hostel because of the relaxed atmosphere yet it is as comfortable as a five star hotel. Mary is a pleasure to be around. My husband and I had a great time.

My husband and I return to the Mulburn Inn every year with a group of friends and hikers and we love staying there. Our Innkeeper Mary continues to surpass all of our expectations and makes the inn truly feel like a home away from home. From morning coffee on the porch, to delicious breakfasts, to all the wonderful sitting areas...

I reached out to several inns looking to see if there was an option to do a "stay and play" type of package with the area golf courses. We stayed at the Mulburn Inn which got us an "Inn Rate". The inn and property are beautiful, its been left in relative original condition, lots of hardwood, stained wood and stone...

We had wonderful two nights here in a beautiful room. The history of the house was fascinating and our host Mary shares some of the interesting stories. It's an easy walk to the centre of town and places to eat. We enjoyed our afternoon drink on the front porch watching the world go by and munching on Mary's freshly baked...

Our room was exceptionally comfortable with a luxurous spacious bathroom. The inn has many wonderful communal rooms to chat and relax, including quiet rooms to read. Hot delicious chocolate chip cookies await you after a days hike and the hot tub is there to sooth your aching muscles. Mary the innkeeper personifies hospitality and makes you feel very much at...
