I was injured on their booth in Bistro & not 1 employee cared even when they saw the blood; Had to switch rooms due to 2 Air Vent leaks, tub drain issues, etc,; staff member (Stacie) is definitely the true reason this place stays open because her beautiful personality & passion for her job is noticeable with how she makes the customers feel - ALL the other employees, including Manager, Maggie, are worthless and snobby! Oh, I left @ 3:30am on Sunday 9/29/19 & waited 15 min for someone @ front desk to check me (i screamed, rang doorbell numerous times & finally I was forced to leave a note with my room keys - It is Day 4 of leaving, and I still have NOT received my Hold Deposit back, gotten a receipt or even copy of Incident Report. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Absolutely inconsiderate management/ownership and ill designed property. 1:00 in the morning outdoor bar 20 feet from our window with no less 80 people yelling. They should not book rooms next to this makeshift outdoor bar. Worst hotel stay of my life. There are many options in Concord. Stay away from this property.
This hotel is a great option when touring the New England area and not wanting to spend a big amount of money in the Boston area. We stayed one night upon arrival at Boston from overseas. It was a one hour drive. The hotel has everything you need for a leisure traveler at a competitive rate. Clean spacious rooms, a bar/restaurant with good selection for snacks and breakfast. Roms are very quiet - you get no noise at all during nighttime hours. Would return anytime.
We booked this hotel through our Mariott Bonvoy card, It was supposed to be the first floor, handicapped accessible room 2 queen bed. We arrived around 5:00 and when checking in she handed us a key to a 2nd-floor room, non-accessible. I told her we had booked the room and requested 1st-floor accessible room with two queen beds. She searched the computer and couldn't come up with anything except a 3rd-floor room. We were in a rush to get to a concert, so we took the room, I can say it was very clean, comfortable and at least it had FULL-SIZED pillows!
Rooms: renovated rooms have latest Courtyard style and furnishings (grey theme) Bathroom: Very old with 1990s sinks/counters/tile/bathtub/showers Common areas: early 2010s renovation with the red/orange theme Service friendly so far, hotel seems clean.
