Always satisfied with Hampton Inn. They are consistent. High quality beds. Rooms are so clean. This one had excellent staff. The food was fresh. Coffee excellent. Common areas all very clean. Well maintained All friendly. A++ experience.

Overall this hotel was comfortable. The rooms are fairly clean. I did find a large centipede in my hotel room which somewhat tarnished my opinion of the room. The staff was friendly and my check-in experience was wonderful.

Super comfy beds, great complimentary breakfast. Rooms are quiet and spacious. If you need to leave very early, I suggest taking a shower the night before - there was no hot water the morning I checked out!

Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Great food. Helpful staff. Fitness equipment well maintained. Coffee in the room. Neutragena products in bathroom. The hotel was central to the family. I would stay here again.

We had the best customer service when dealing with Vonyel at the front desk. She was so pleasant that I didn't want to leave! She was all smiles at all times! We also had the pleasure to have met Robert! He does everything around the hotel. Even when he was cleaning the windshield to the shuttle, he was all smiles...

We stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding. Check-in was quick and courteous. The 2-queen room was immaculate, updated, and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had something for everyone. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

They staff here ruined our family trip. They take pleasure in talking trash about guests no matter who is around. Be sure to clean your room before they do, otherwise you will be the talk of the hotel.

I do apologize for your experience. That is not what I expect to hear from our guest nor do I expect from our staff. You should be made to feel comfortable and at home when away from home. I will definitely be talking to our staff and correct the problem.

Hotel was fine, room was clean and quiet. Hotel is located across street from a few chain restaurants and close to highway. Rooms were quiet and AC kept the room cool. Great for those looking for comfortable room at a very reasonable rate.

Had to leave our new car off site as they did not have enough parking spaces. Staff member was friendly and wrote my complaint on a post-it note but no one followed up. We were told to leave our car a neighboring business. I was concerned that my car would get towed or damaged. We were very uncomfortable with leaving...

Hopefully the air-conditioners outside of room 230 can get fixed. One of them is very noisy, and cycles every few minutes, making it a tough night for sleep. Other than that, I found the hotel to be nice, clean, and a good breakfast
