Gorgeous, high class, well maintained, friendly, well decorated, cozy, comfortable, EXCELLENT food and service. What else can I say. We are spoiled desiring nice B&Bs on special trips - this Inn gets as high a marks as one can give. Their rooms are beautifully decorated and have a nice balance of vintage with functionality. We've stayed in "vintage" places where... More

My wife and I have been fortunate to be able to travel widely over the past twenty-five years and our experience at the Riverside Inn at Intervale ranks in the top one percent of properties at which we have been privileged to stay, and I'm talking in 'the hundreds'. Innkeeper Ken Lydecker is a most gracious host, who we found... More

The Inn itself is nice/clean. We stayed in the Jackson Falls room. It was a nice room but the bed was very high and a bit difficult for me to get in and out of and it wasn’t the most comfortable either (the pillows were quite flat). When I was searching for a B&B, I was very diligent about making... More

Wednesday, 31 December 2014 Two years ago, my wife and I drove most of the roads in New England looking for the best place to spend 3 weeks shooting pictures during the New England Fall. Our very first night we discovered this delightfully elegant, quiet, boutique Bed & Breakfast – The Riverside Inn, which immediately set the bar very high.... More

This was our first time in the area, we wanted a convenient location to try out a number of areas to XC Ski. The location was just off the main road but close enough to many venues. We stayed in the Jackson Falls Room which was nice but not a lot of space for our ski gear and suitcases. I... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this very romantic and relaxing NH inn. We have been to North Conway many times but this inn is just a little bit off the beaten track but thoroughly accessible to everything you could want. The setting is beautiful, situated alongside a river ( we need to come back when we can enjoy it... More

We had a great time here! The room was beautiful with a deep whirlpool tub and fireplace. Breakfast was amazing as well. Ken even heated up the lunch we brought back after an ice climbing trip! Also, found champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in my room on Valentine's Day!!! There are tons of small touches and they have great recs... More

fabulous home cooked breakfast, made by Ken. Home made English muffins! Coffee, Eggs, fruit, smoothie. Delicious and helped propel us up one of the local peaks. Accommodations were attractive, tasteful and clean. Room was fairly quiet. Location was perfect. One small quibble - outside stairway needed some fresh paint. Otherwise excellent and I would be happy to return

This was our third visit to Riverside, and each has been first rate. Even though we arrived on Christmas Day (and the owners were entertaining family), we were greeted warmly and enjoyed meeting a few family members over the next couple days. The two bedrooms with shared bath on the top floor were ideal for our two young adult children... More
