Stayed here one night after hiking all day in the area, it's very convenient for that. The facility has a lot of charm as it's one of the oldest establishments in town. Welcome was nice and as the only one there (at the time) I was given the largest room (#9). Very cozy, clean, small gas fireplace was really nice... More

We went for dinner on a recent Wednesday when they have their "Wildcat Wednesday" two for dinner special. You get to choose from a special menu, two dinners for $26.95. The menu features 8 or 9 options, 2 fish, 2 chicken dinners, a pork loin, a steak, a pasta and a veal dish. My sole stuffed with shrimp & scallops... More

We went on an evening when local musicians sometimes play. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this establishment. Being from Texas, it felt very New England-ish, which was exactly what we were looking for! On the advice of the waitress, we ordered the Lobster Quesadilla and it was amazing!!! We did not stay at the Inn - only ate in the... More

Small tavern with proper bar and a busy kitchen. Good meal in simple surroundings. There is an adjoining Inn but room for passers by to be fitted in. Tasty food and the staff were kept running to keep up but did a good job with the timings.

Had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch at The Wildcat Tavern. Food was outstanding. The special was a homemade chicken pie served in a bread bowl. Fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was lovely with lots to enjoy including great skiing memorabilia. Don't miss out on a visit to this very impressive location.

I was in room 311 which had a small gas stove and a lovely view of the garden. I had little contact with the Inn staff but when I did he was delightful. I really enjoyed the morning coffee setup, it had such a warm homey feeling. I have stayed here before and I have always been very satisfied.

We spent three nights at the Wildcat Inn in Jackson during a road trip of New England as it was the ideal base for exploring the White Mountains region of New Hampshire. Jackson is a lovely quiet little village and the Wildcat is ideally located and very quiet. The room was good and clean with a view of the garden.... More

We had a lovely evening at the Wild Cat restsirant. It was recommended by our hotel. The staff were lovely. The lady who made our booking was extremely helpful. Our waitress was friendly, courteous and helpful- we really liked her. She kept checking we were managing the lobster okay, as it was our first fine trying it. The lobster we... More

The quintessential country inn. Thank you for a wonderfully cozy and comfortable stay. The. room kept immaculately clean despite it's age, no dust on window sills or table tops. Bathroom/shower/tub also clean with basic amenities for a comfortable visit. Staff was pleasant and engaging! We loved it and thought the inn was super cute!!

I knew nothing of this place until we were at the Snowflake Inn and wanted to run out for a bite and saw the Tavern across the street. We decided to give it a shot, and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was, and had a terrific meal. The Tavern side of the place had a very good... More
