We had a wonderful experience at this Lodge. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was wonderful. The view from our creek side, second floor room was beautiful. It snowed over night and we lost power. The staff went above and beyond by going out and buying coffee and pastries for their guest. We will definitely be back.

I was pleasantly surprised! Rooms were clean, big and well taken care of. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely go back. Check out Nestle Nook down the street. Great lights and displays.

I had a room booked here, and in the booking confirmation I was told I needed to contact if I would be arriving after hours (9 p.m.) I called multiple times every day for over a week leading up to this trip and could never get anyone on the phone, and there was no option to leave a voicemail. Therefore I was never able to confirm if I could checkin at 9 p.m. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not book here. So disappointed.

This hotel is a gem. Lovingly card for, the ground floor rooms open onto gardens and yard which go down to a mountain stream. Very quiet and meticulously clean. Staff are the owners and are extremely helpful and courteous. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and decent breakfast. We stayed an extra night because we were so pleased.

An awful, outdated place and an awful hotel with nothing going for it. The rooms are insecure, dated, tired, unclean, have a dodgy tv system that continually freezes or won’t work at all. There are no restaurants or bars nearby with the exception of The Red Fox (which is clearly on a retainer) where you can buy over priced , badly cooked food in a very awkward situation as your clearly the outsider. Do yourselves a favour and pay a bit extra and stay at a well known chain in North Conway where there’s more going on and you don’t stand out like a sore throat waiting to be shafted

An older property that has recently been nicely updated. The rooms were clean, a good size, great working AC and robust cable TV offering. Grounds and building looked well maintained. Close enough to north Conway to easily visit the shops/restaurants while being just far enough away to have some peace and quiet. Although the place is close to the road - you really do not hear the traffic go by (this section of 16 is not busy in the afternoon/night - though the road can be busy in the morning). Being so close to storyland and other attractions, the majority of customers were families with very young kids. Great coffee served in the morning - did not eat their free breakfast. This place is a great value and we would stay there again.

Very friendly staff, rooms were all clean, the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Decent continental breakfast. The pool was a little cold (per the kids). Perfect location for our large family of 14. Best family vacation, would definitely come back :)

We stayed in this hotel for one night and it had beautiful grounds. Our room was overlooking the brook with a balcony. My husband and I stayed with our two toddlers. When walking out to the balcony there was a cup filled with cigarettes. The comforter was stained with red lipstick marks and coffee stains. In the closet there was hair all over. The grout on the tile was black and overall the cleanliness of the room was poor. Would not stay here again. Gave it two stars for the location and landscaping.

Great value for a basic clean room with comfortable beds. The breakfast is pretty mediocre the eggs were cold and potatoes half cooked. Beware of the old lady who manages the breakfast and morning desk she is a grouchy old witch especially about anything to do with the breakfast. I’ve been coming here for years to ski Jackson and she’s always here I think she’s the owner.

If you have no problem with lack of communication with a manager, this is the place for you. Desk wasn't manned at all during our visit. Placed two phone calls and an email with a question - never returned my calls or email. The location is great. Continental breakfast was plentiful and offered more than expected. The area was clean. The room was fine and the price was right. Not sure about the hospitality -
