Visiting some friends in Boston we decided to visit the White Mountains mainly to visit Mount Washington. We didn´t want to spend a fortune in lodging so we looked for Motels and Inns in the area. We found the Skywood Manor just driving by as we loved it (love at first sight). We stayed for a couple of nights (we were... More

The innkeepers Christina & Julio extend themselves to make you feel like you are part of their family. The inn has several rooms decorated in varying motifs and is pet friendly. The Skywood Manor is located at the foothills of the “White Mountains.” When wandering through the property one can choose to relax by the pond or catch up with... More

Recently my sister and I brought our daughters to Santa's Village and stayed at Skywood Manor Motel overnight. The motel is small with only 8 rooms and each one is decorated a bit different. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator which was really nice. The rooms were clean and had Direct TV. The owners were very friendly and helpful.... More

I took a last minute trip to the White mountains and stayed at the Skywood. It was very clean and very simple, no big TV or lavish lobby. The staff was helpful as we arrived very late at night. The cost was very inexpensive which worked out fine because we were sightseeing all weekend and just needed a clean place... More

Christina and Julio are wonderful innkeepers, and have a great establishment. If you're looking for something affordable, and pretty darn great, this is the place! Our room was extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed/soft sheets and blankets. It had a small kitchenette with a nice sized kitchen table (everything you need... dishes, soap, pots and pans). There were plenty... More

I stumbled upon this great motel while traveling in the White Mountains in November. The new owners are very kind and gracious. New mattresses, clean sheets, WIFI, T.V, microwave, and mini fridge. Also have a large back yard were you can enjoy a walk and a fish pond full of large trout that you can feed. Highly recommended.

“We were a big group and we stayed in three different rooms and they were all nice. The only difference is if you want to stay for several days and you want a room with a kitchenette. Be sure you ask for it when you book.”
