Positives in the hotel
Great location close to lancaster which has many restaurants
Close to Santa’s village
VERY Clean rooms
Soft beds and cozy blankets
Many activities in the property.
Tiny little general sore on property

Negatives about the hotel
You need to sign into the WiFi every time you come back to the room. If you leave the property it kicks you off and sometimes during the night the WiFi will kick you off.
Bathroom tub was dripping all night and the head of the faucet in the shower was rusted.
Tv has 2 remotes one for volume the other for changing channels. Which was irritating.
Door to get into the room was dated had trouble opening and turning the door knob several times.
Thin walls

Other than that i would come back here again. They are on the high side for pricing. 2 nights in October was $240.
They close 1/2 and open again Memorial Day weekend.
This is great for a weekend get away or bring the entire family and camp out back it was a nice stay.

Perfect location. Grounds were clean and well kept and friendly staff. Flowers were beautiful! Stayed at Hotel first room was full of flies..went back to office to ask for another room, young girl attending office did not seem bothered that the room had flies! Gave us another room which also had flies but not as many so was able to kill them and cope for one night. Campground was immaculate which we could enjoy all the amenities. Overall great place to stay but they really need to get the fly situation under control. We travel frequently and have never had this problem in other hotels.

From the moment you check in this Camp Ground is immaculate! The care that is put into this property is seen ever step you take! The flowers and gardens are just breath taking! Add that onto the mountain views from the pool and you can't beat it! We loved the size of the campground pool! More than enough room for kids and adults to enjoy! Plenty of chairs to lounge in and all guests are happy and easy to have a conversation with! Hot tub was a great bonus for kids to be allowed to go in! It is small but everyone seemed to take turns and allow others to squeeze in! The AirStream Food truck was the BEST! We ordered huge delicious waffles for breakfast and sat under the super cool huge umbrellas. They also have a Pavillion that has twinkling lights and over flowing flower baskets. The staff could not be nicer! Always smiling and saying "Hi"! We were able to check in and do the half day at santa's village and the next day head over in the morning and return to the campground for lunch and a swim then head back to Santa's village! This location and amenities can not be beat! This camp ground is so wonderful I wish they could give seminars to other campgrounds on how it's done! We can not wait to come back!! Oh and the Breeze! The Glorious Breeze! There is a breeze that seems to always keep this campground nice and cool and dry!

This resort has everything that a family needs. Two pools a hot tub and a food truck. We enjoyed being able to walk to Santas Village just across the street. The staff here are amazing and so friendly. The views were amazing and flowers and grounds were top notch. I'd recommend this motel and campground to any family that is visiting the area.

Perfect location. Across the street from Santa's Village. You can hear the music from the park! Room is basic, clean motel room. But campfire and camp grounds are open to all. Playground. Bonfire. Food. Hay rides. Small store. Terrific place for a weekend away with kids. Friendly staff.
