We had a great time at the location. The staff were excellent and loved the balcony the view and the jacuzzi tub. The room decor was nice and the furniture was comfortable. As a present to ourselves we did the couple's massage our therapists Sara and Meghan were great and added to the great experience. The breakfast was nice and...

My husband and I went away for a long weekend and racing experience in August. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations at the Lake Opechee Inn. They have captured the elegance, simplicity and coziness of a smaller inn. From the minute we walked into the comfortable, New England designed lobby, to the moment we walked into our king bed,...

We stayed for 2 nights mid August. The room décor was pleasant, and we enjoyed having a small balcony. However it actually overlooks the parking lot and then the lake. There is a factory attached to this inn, and if you are staying during the week be prepared to wake up to industry noise. We heard a loud table saw...

The biggest disappointment here is that every lake view room cannot avoid seeing the low rise factory/industrial building across the way. I was not prepared for this inn to be in such a "gritty" location, but Laconia is not your typical tourist lake town. It's actually a real town where people live and work all year that happens to be...

We recently stayed for three nights and wished we were going to stay on for some more time. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Being attached to O Steakhouse was a blessing. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, staff and service at the bar and restaurant. if I have one minor compliant it was the poor internet signal not...

Just got back from two nights, three days at the Lake Opeeche Inn. The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the seating near the Lake and the sunsets were wonderful.. Our room for four was very large with a seating area, fireplace, and two queens. Large and well designed bathroom for once! Finally, a hotel gets it right for giving...

The staff was very friendly and accomadating. We had an awesome bathroom with a jacuzzi (so invigorating) after a long day trekking up a mountain. The room was spacious and comfy. The restaurant had a great vibe to it and food was wonderful for the palete. We had a problem with the wireless but the staff was there immediately to...

We could not have chosen better for this first, but not last, visit! Recent reviews to the contrary are astonishing! We found the housekeeping staff more than helpful with extra towels and pillows, the bathroom spotless, the restaurant "O's" on site very accommodating to a need for gluten-free dining. We even extended our stay because we couldn't bear to end...

I walked in with my infant son in my arms and trying to juggle three suitcases at the same time, and when I asked for help at reception the lady told me she couldn't because had to babysit the dog, which was suffering from a skin rash! when my wife and I got to the room the towels in the...

We frequent Laconia every year and we decided to try different hotel this year. I will avoid this hotel in the future. For $299 a night, it was not worth it. I will go to the Margate as they also have a great view with a pool, the difference is the customer service. They also have an outdoor pool with...
