My daughter and I stayed in this place after going to Santa's Village Partybration every new year's eve. The place was clean and great for the price. The staff were great and there was wifi. About a mile or two from Santa's Village.

Ask for the second floor room for a quieter experience. Construction on the north side of the roundabout ask for the room overlooking the south side/second floor. Staff is friendly and the rooms clean although kind of sparse.

I have been a guest at the Coos Motor Inn for years. My recent stay was a big disappointment. Guests were running through the halls after midnight, my room reservation was changed without advising me, and rates have gone up about 50%!

We stayed here this past weekend for 3 nights. Our room was clean and accommodating. Check in and out was seamless, very easy. Everything was great in our room. Breakfast selection could be improved, as well as plates that aren't Styrofoam - they melt in the microwave.

I wasn't impressed with my room. The bathroom was not clean, they had only left 2 squares of toilet paper on the roll, and my fridge was clinking, which woke me up at 3am and kept me from sleeping anymore. I was glad they had a room left since it was a last minute stop, but after getting a recommendation...

There are no chains in this area and this place is a great alternative. We have stayed 1-2 times a year over the last several years (I am here right now). As others have said, the place is very clean and the staff is great. The rooms are basic but nice. I like the single king rooms with the sofa....

We had a family reunion/graduation celebration and a couple of us stayed at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and they did a remarkable job. Unfortunately we left a little bit of dirt from our clothes after ATV riding, and they cleaned it all up completely. Normal continental breakfast was available. Our...

No frills. Small quiet town with few options. This was a good fair priced alternative. Equivalent to a Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Continental Breakfast is bare bones (hostess donuts, yogurt cups, toast).

Less than ten minutes to Santa's village- very, very clean. Helpful front desk staff. The continental breakfast was great- cereal, muffins, donuts, yogurt, pancakes, and breakfast sandwiches. Plus juice and coffee. Really nothing to find fault with! Great stay. My husband found the mattress to be soft, but I thought it was fine. Also free WIFI that actually worked, and...

No frills, three-star motel with all the fundamentals. Lovely people (typical North Country), helpful staff, prompt maid service. Adequate buffet breakfast though a little fruit would be welcome. I'll be back.

Thank Raymond S
