First impression is of an old and dirty room, after a closer look it is what I thought it was , old and dirty. The furnishings are from the 70s, old and worn. The bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing with bleach and soap. The flooring was floating floor but was in desperate

"Find another hotel"
"Ask to see the room before you decide to stay."
"room no. 14 is at the end, so it's more quite and you can park your car under a tree. Nice on a hot day."
"Room 9, a queen room on the end. Although, judging from my experience, i don't think you could ever go wrong, whichever room you choose."
"Be aware that nothing is new- it's what you get for the low price- so a/c and fridge are a little noisy, but livable. Use this great location as a gateway to the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire."
