We go every year in the winter & always have a great time. Beautiful rooms, great restaurants & close to the mountains. They also have daily activities from yoga to snowshoeing to sledding. And s’more bonfires on the weekend. Something for everyone.
We had a nice trip for New Year’s Eve. It was unusually warm during this time of the year and the water views were so beautiful. The adult hot tub and pool were relaxing and close to the lake. We even jumped into the lake (quickly) for an invigorating experience. The spa was a little claustrophobic and very full. Given this, I had a wonderful massage from Wendy. The room was very clean and spacious. We stayed on the ground floor at one of the lodges with our 5 year old black lab. There weren’t robes or glasses in the room but we did receive wine glasses upon request. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to future visits!
My family stayed one evening at the Inn at Church Landing when we lost power the night before Christmas eve. The staff was caring and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The rooms with king beds, fire places and water views were beatiful and so comfortable. We spent a couple hours seated in the bar lounge which was festively decorated for the holidays. Felt cozy and homelike. Beds were super comfortable. Forgot I was not at home when I woke up. We had a delicious breakfast in the morning at the Lakeview Grill. Checked out with fingers crossed our power stayed on for the rest of the day and Christmas. But if we had to return to the Inn at Church Landing I am sure we would have had a wonderful Christmas. I highly reccomend this hotel, particularly during the holidays.
First off the place was immaculate, both the room and common areas. Check in was easy and I was actually called earlier in the day notifying me that my room was already available if I was in the area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the furnishings up to date and comfortable as well. The views were incredible. The restaurant downstairs was exceptional although only open for dinner. But there multiple options with in walking distance. I have to admit this hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed Highly recommended
We attended a family wedding at the end of October, at the Mill Falls. We had a number of things we were not happy about, at the hotel. After our departure, we contacted the General Manager, Nick Squire. He responded adequately & we were pleased with the way our concerns were addressed. We thank him for his genuine interest in our concerns. We wish Nick Squire well in his career at Mill Falls by the Lake.
We have stayed here 2x and will return. Love our time there, mostly because of the fireplaces, hot tubs and balconies at church landing. Planning on more return trips! We haven’t tried the indoor outdoor hot tubs, the place is a little confusing to navigate but that’s part of its old charm too
Very clean and the most friendly staff!! We stayed one night. We ate breakfast at the Waterfall Cafe. Every staff member we met was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying at The Inn at Mill Falls again!
The Inn was nice but a little out dated. The rooms are spacious with a couch, small refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. The bed was a Queen which was ok. We are used to a King size bed so it was an adjustment. The town is beautiful. Would stay again.
This room and actually whole hotel is wonderful! The room is spacious and adorable! The area is big contributor as well. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! We highly recommend this place!
This resort has everything and in the best location. The property is clean, trendy and has the perfect New England Lake house feel. The staff is friendly, professional and attentive. I recommend visiting anytime of year.
