Staff was exceptional, especially the husband-wife team in the breakfast nook. Very nice people who provided a great breakfast and graciously answered questions about the area and directions. We traveled with teens and moms and the rooms were great, very clean. We liked the suites and fit 4 comfortably. The Breakfast has an awesome selection for all. They provided hot and cold options. Teens enjoyed the pool!

Rooms are BIG, plenty of room to spread out, e.g., lots of counter space in the bathroom. Bed was comfy, lots of pillow choices. Good WiFi. Great HOT breakfast - scrambled eggs and link sausages, plus breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice that actually tastes like juice. A great value for a midweek ski trip.

Everything about this hotel was great. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. I even left my AirPods and prescription glasses in the room after checkout and Mike and Holly were super helpful with arranging for the return of my items.

My husband & I wanted to take a winter vacation doing winter activities. This city came on my google search. This Inn was clean, breakfasts were hot & the staff was wonderful. We haven’t experienced their type of “housekeeping” but worked out well for us. It’s convenient to all the activities we did. I was relieved to see the staff all wearing masks. There are movies on the weekend in the breakfast area & a snack of cereal on the weekend offered. My suggestions would be to change up the breakfast menu with something beside scrambled eggs & sausage every day and to provide rooms with a binder of the hotel amenities, their location within the property & locations of restaurants in the area. There is a bulletin board outside the elevator that rates the local fare as #1 or 2.

I've stayed here several times and am always taken care of. This hotel is clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast is great and fills you up for your day, whatever your plans. The staff is very friendly and want to make sure you enjoy your stay. Beds were very comfortable.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was a bit dated but clean. Unfortunately there is a bar/nightclub next door that plays very loud music and prevented us from sleeping until 1:30am when the bass, car alarms, cars, and people were finally gone. I realize this is not the hotel's fault and they allowed us to cancel our second night reservation without penalty, but figured it was worth mentioning to give others a heads up. Maybe the other side of the hotel away from the bar would have been fine, so ask for that at check-in.

Everyone we had contact with was so nice and accommodating as we had bluetooth hearing aid issues without television hookups. Holly, our welcome clerk, was especially concerned about our issue. We later found out we needed a mini to mini digital output instead of the regular square connector. We had a large room, queen suit. It was very quiet. Good bed but bathroom really small and couldn't accommodate a walker. Breakfast was nice. Landscaping was very pretty. Make sure if you're handicap to ask for a room near the elevator.

We were very impressed by this Comfort Inn. It is obviously managed very efficiently and is very well run. The room we had was impeccably clean, comfortable, and very spacious. There was even a separate sitting area, which we enjoyed. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, too, which were very useful. Housekeeping was very efficient. The breakfast buffet was very ample, with lots of choices. A couple of very helpful people kept it filled and organized. The indoor pool area was lovely, as well, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the reserved parking for Choice Privileges members, too! No complaints at all; a very comfortable stay, and next time we’re in North Conway, we will certainly stay here again.
