This resort was fantastic for years. I believe like others they are having problems post Covid? Dinning room which was fantastic in the past is not up to the quality of previous years. I am sure they will correct this. They have operated for years very well.

I would never recommend this place, especially for a family. I can't imagine what would have happened if people came with children. The pool closes for children after 5. And don't get me started on the vouchers they supposedly have for supper.

The customer service was awful. Will never stay there again. The food wasn't good either. The manager was terrible. She was on us like a hawk and making snide remarks to our face. We went there for a wedding, but after the wedding, it all went downhill. She wanted us gone in the worst way. I wasn't given a voucher for a meal and she out and out called me a liar.

Keep doing what you are doing! This is a charming place with wonderful amenities. It is close to town, as well. Your resort offered us a peaceful, quiet escape, with a stunning view of the White Mountains, a refreshing pool, delicious food, comfortable beds, great walking trails and a place for our dog to explore and enjoy himself. We were able to relax and unwind while celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary. Very Happy with the experience

We stayed a week in June 2022. The Inn has some pet-friendly rooms with a $25 per night additional charge, but the rooms include breakfast and dinner, which worked out really well. I will note the beds are small, and the mattresses are worn out though, so convenient, but not very comfortable. They could also use a mini-fridge, though the desk did provide us with plenty of ice for our cooler. The Inn itself has wonderful friendly staff, and it's nice to walk around the property and trails. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, clean, and have a great view. The bar/lounge is nice to be in, but the chairs look a lot more comfortable than they actually are. The dining room make great food, but they do have enormous proportions for dinner, so bring your appetite. My wife has Celiac (gluten free) and there were some menu items she could enjoy, but not really enough to go for a whole week. There is only some much of the same mashed potatoes you can take. Overall, we had a good time, and would consider staying here again. I think the rooms need an update, new mattresses and mini-fridges, but otherwise we enjoyed our time!

We had a lovely anniversary stay here. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The lounge was relaxing and the meals, which are included with all rooms, were excellent! Only drawback was we were on the 3rd floor and that last set of stairs is very steep.

Many years ago, it was the « go to » place in Conway, not anymore. Room cleanliness, breakfasts are sub standards, service is below average/expectation. Diners are good, but the service…. Loud pool repairs at 7AM sundays….. They lost their touch.

From booking for me hundreds of miles away to the stay for my parents, it was a great experience. Thank you all over there that so great work. Quality has gone down all around with covid and everyday life wearing down on those of us who stay at or those who work in the service industry so I appreciate the extra care you all took of my parents and I.

We try to go here every year! The charm this hotel has is amazing, Become part of the family and check it out. FABULOUS for couples. The pool is quiet and inviting, the grounds are walkable and serene. Great to go ANY time of year- I have been in the snow at Thanksgiving, and the heat n July- its all fun! Only downside? The decor in common spaces is a tad dated- goes with the design of the hotel/home but still could use some updating- and I see they have slowly been doing that in each room too. They even have dog friendly rooms in a separate part of the hotel!

Great restaurant, beautiful historic manor, convenient location and beautiful views. Some front desk staff were great but others need direction in customer care. Housekeeping needs to step up a bit in both guest rooms and common spaces.
