hotel and staff were very accomodating and concientious about covid safety issues. breakfast was included in a take out fashion and was very generous. We ordered a take out dinner and menu was varied for all accomodations. The food was hot and plentiful. Presentation was also very good given a take out covid offering. the outdoor hot tub was appropriately socially distanced and a great treatment after a day of skiing. hotel room included a sizable refrig, coffee maker and microwave making this an easy socially distanced and safe experience. Hotel location was perfect near other restaurants and the shopping mall. check in and check out was very efficient and friendly staff and procedure. i would definitely re-book and return again.

Stayed first week of April. Check in was easy, no problem and quick. Room was nice. Beds was comfortable and nice clean sheets, though we found a empty plastic bottle when we did our check out walk through to make sure we didn’t leave any thing. Heating system was some time loud. Indoor pool was open Saturday and Sunday at beginning of stay but was closed as of Monday for maintenance for rest of our stay. Have two out door pool with the largest one open with hot tub. Pool and hot tub heated. Fire pit near outdoor pool. Wife enjoyed spa treatment. Breakfast was bagged continental and was to be eaten in room. No dining area due to COVID. Friendly staff. Again great stay! Also settlers green right next door for shopping.

At first this hotel was not as we had imagined. Appearing a little dated on the outside. However, once inside we were pleasantly surprised by the decor, the staff and the amenities. The breakfast was lacking but that is mainly thanks to Covid. The outdoor pool and fire pit was very nice after a long day hiking and skiing. Would definitely stay here again and explore more of the area.

Our family stays here every year for winter break to go skiing in the area. This year, I went solo a week before the busy period. I was delighted to see how clean everything was and how the staff took extra precautions to make the environment safe for everyone. I found the staff so very helpful and accommodating. For example, I realized that I checked out that I left my charging cord behind and called them. They said they would send someone up right away to check on it. How kind. Looking forward to next year's stay!

Staff was very rude when we asked them to do something about the children and teenagers running up and down the hall for hours on end every single night we were here. Their parents were drunk and the kids were out of control. We were one of many guests that complained and they did nothing. If you are trying to relax and get away for the weekend, do not come here. We had to ask for them to do something probably ten times and eventually they said they couldn’t do anything until after 10:00 even though several guests were complaining. It took my boyfriend going down to the lobby to yell at them for them to respond. They were unprofessional and our stay was disappointing. We drove to NH to have a relaxing weekend and instead we had to listen to extremely loud children running, screaming, knocking on doors, and overall being outrageous every single night we were here. It would not have been a problem if the staff had done their job and taken care of it.
