Arrived at hotel after 4 hr drive. I called to change my reservation from Sat to Friday on Wednesday of the week. Spoke to same receptionist for both calls. Reservation not changed, we arrive Friday to a booked hotel with no reservation under our name. Customer service was rude, and very abrupt. Mistake was made, receptionist was new, but no attempt was made to resolve the situation- WHATSOEVER to locate a comparable hotel or offer a room for another visit. Called and emailed manager the following week and absolutely no follow up. Terrible customer service.
We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The location is convenient and the rooms are always very clean. This time I did notice the inside of the microwave was dirty but that was our only complaint if you could even call it that, everything else was great. I will say I was very impressed and happy with the breakfast that they offer, they had prepackaged muffins that my kids with allergies were able to eat and prepackaged crustless quiches that were actually delicious. Those two items made it hands down the best complimentary breakfast we’ve had at a Marriott and I wish every hotel would offer those, especially during Covid times and with allergies since every ingredient is listed on the package. We will definitely stay here again.
We totally enjoyed our stay here. The hotel area has everything you need - grocery, liquor and deli/market are in the same parking lot. They have a complimentary breakfast each morning which is basic but does the trick. We were here for a wedding weekend and the hotel did their best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. The rooms were clean, front desk staff very friendly! Would definitely stay her again if we are ever up in this area.
Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Walked in our room and it was exceptionally clean and tidy! I have stayed here before, I have to say the breakfast is one of the best and always fully stocked! My only concern I had which I know is not always the case, but the internet was not working properly. I woke up early to get work done and the internet was down, that happens. I understand if it is one person, but it was all the people (5-6) at the breakfast area not able to login onto the internet. So I called the number they told me to call, I was on hold for over 15 mins and I gave up. What I did not like is the staff continually told us (other visitors) that the internet issues was our problem and we needed to call a number to get it fixed, avoiding the fact it was it was on there end. I went to McDonald's across the street to use their internet.…
We were traveling with a tour group and arrived at the Fairfield Inn to find the lobby set up with hot cider, banana bread, and chocolate chip cookies. The fire pit outside the reception area was lit and welcoming. The entire two-night stay was so pleasant. So many hotels have cut back on service and amenities, it was refreshing to find the Fairfield doing a wonderful job.
My wife and I had a great stay for 2 nights while in up for a friend's wedding. No issues checking in late on Friday night, bed was very comfy with no sagging, and soft sheets that felt quite new. The room was extremely clean and had all of the room amenities one expects in the 21st century. Controlling the room temperature was a breeze too. The staff gave excellent service and were very friendly, particularly Amanda and Kristina, during the breakfast hours. Speaking of breakfast the hot breakfast was nice but not a huge amount of options. Coffee was good too and available 24/7. Hotel is well located a short drive from the highway but no highway noise at all, a number of food options, a large grocery store, gas station and NH Liquor+Wine outline all in the same plaza. Would definitely stay again!…
We had no luck in several places with getting accommodations and ended up in Plymouth. Luckily the Fairfield had vacancies and I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms. Very clean, sos ious, huge bathroom and hot breakfast included. Pricey at $370ish for a Fairfield but we had no choice. Staff very friendly and I would stay again if in the area
Stayed one night prior to moving to wedding venue hotel. Pleasant checkin and friendly staff. Very clean newer hotel with breakfast in the morning. Great location near wedding venues as well as the mountains.
Room is nice with typical amenities, clean and modern. Skip the breakfast though...powdered eggs, rubber omelets, salty sausage patties, and paper thin bacon (while it lasts). Coffee is good and so is the toast and bagels. Otherwise, go to a nearby restaurant for real food.
Nice hotel in Plymouth. Very convenient off the highway and centrally located. Very clean and modern hotel. Well maintained hotel. Hotel breakfast is well maintained and has many offerings. It has a small pool and small gym. Offers an outdoor fire pit.
