I had fairly low expectations at this budget hotel and yet they weren’t low enough. While the toilet was new and clean, the bathtub and shower curtain were disgusting. My other half had to dust the room (thick, black dust) before we would set anything out. Broken bathroom fixtures and a partial hair dryer rounded out the bathroom area. Sketchy, incomplete paint. The flooring was relatively updated and, thank God, wasn’t carpet. Its only saving grace was the clean sheets and towels. The couch was worn and dirty and I wouldn’t have allowed anyone to sleep there. The walls were incredibly thin allowing us to hear all of the activities of our neighbors. The heating and cooling apparatus was loud enough to wake us. I was hoping for better since it is in the Choice hotels family and we were only there a couple of nights. We didn’t eat the breakfast because it didn’t appear clean. We got what we paid for without a doubt. We will stick to Marriott next time.

We arrived after 8pm and needed to dial the phone to reach the desk clerk. Apparently, must live onsite as we interrupted him doing his laundry. We were given a room two doors down from the lobby. We could hear everything going on. A large group being very loud. Doors banging. The room is what you expect for $100/night. However the floors are linoleum making them very cold. The shower was a mess. Looks like it had been patched several times and hair was on the wall. The heater only worked if you put it on 90. Otherwise it blew cold air. The location is very close to the college so i imagine parents dropping off students might take advantage of the low prices but not for more than 1 night. This is a low level accomodation.

We paid $300 per night.Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. The lady at reception desc was very polite and friendly. The place is not built to be filled with so many people. At 8 am the boiler ran out of hot water, and i had to skip the shower even though i badly wanted. In the breakfast room there was not enough sits and tables for us to sit. The breakfast was mediocre. A/C was very noise. I am not very picky but for 300 bucks it is the worst deal i ever had.

I paid $300 for one night. When I walked in to the lobby, it had a disinfectant odor. The person at the desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful but the room had black marks on the walls, the screen was torn on the outside window and there was no carpeting. It was clean and I liked the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. When my husband went to get coffee in the morning, there was no cream or sugar and the ceiling leaked and dripped into his coffee. We went out to breakfast.

I was make a reservation and was a snowstorm and I asked to moved the reservation to another date the refused and them literally stole the money from my reservation even though I had called ahead of time, asked to speak with the hotel manager and they never communicated with him. This is why this hotel still have 2 starts
