For the cost, this was a decent place to stay. Room was dark and somewhat tight. Sink drain didn't work. Only had one person adjacent to me for only one out of a four night stay and heard them clearly when they were in their bathroom. Can't comment on noise otherwise.

Dear Guest, We apologies for any inconvenience. Being an old motel in town, this was how it is built in 1958. However, this property is neat & clean, good amount of grounds, safe & secure with 24x7 surveillance. We really appreciate your feedback and look forward to see you again in future. Thank you for choosing Anchorage Inn Rochester.

I checked in and stayed long enough to take a shower and read some emails. I couldn't even stay the night in that room. Most of the photos are miss-representations of this hotel. The lobby was dark and not brightly lit as photo indicated, chairs out side most of the rooms were ripped and torn. Advertised there were updates, don't...

Dear Guest, We appreciate your review, but we would like to say that once a room is rented, it is choice of individual whether to stay for couple hours or through the end of stay. Hotel never asked you to leave right after couple hours of check-in. It is really unfair to demand full refund with the reason "COUPLE HOURS...

Stayed for one night. room was clean and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. Only issue I had was the toilet in the bathroom sits so low to the floor I had difficulty using it due to my neuropathy. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The grounds are clean and I bet would look beautiful...

Pet friendly. Hotel is being renovated and they're doing a great job. Wonderful out door pool well landscaped and comfortable seating area around pool. Picnic tables and grilling area too. Lots of land around hotel. Rooms are clean and updated. Good breakfast offerings and staff is helpful. Definitely recommend.

My daughter and I have stayed here twice and both times were very pleased with the accommodations. Very friendly, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We are planning a trip for next year and plan to stay here again.

Old carpet is clean enough, as is the room. Just old dated, out of the way. Good enough for a night stay on the coast and on the weekend. Lots of building materials stored on front sidewalks. This actually should be stored in an area that interferes with guest rooms. This will do if in high season another alternative not...

The place was fine, all told. The only part that was a bit unsettling was a whole bunch of people loudly talking with music in front of their rooms. Once I got in my room, though, I couldn't hear them at all and slept very well!
