I stayed with my daughter and her family in a 2-bedroom East suite. The suite was spacious and we appreciated having tv's in both bedrooms and the living room to help spread out the three siblings when necessary. We were able to appreciate the fantastic view and enjoyed both balconies before the rains came. We were in close proximity to the smaller indoor pool and it was a plus to be able to take the kids there. We really enjoyed the larger pool, they were restricting visits to 90 minutes each family so overcrowding was not a problem. The decor was a bit outdated and the sleeper sofa was not the best and as it was raining we didn't get to check out the grounds and activities (including the grill) during our visit. Word of advice: shop ahead for your food and bring it with you. The location is wonderful but it is a drive to pick up groceries. They do have a small store that sells essentials but it is a bit pricey so plan ahead. …
Everything is good except the bedroom in one bedroom unit. Without window it’s too hot at night. Pools are excellent for little kids, and jacuzzi are excellent for adults. No pools for adults to swim.
Overall the resort is clean, and offers some nice amenities. The location is rather remote and takes a while to get to from any downtown locale. The waterpark was one of the reasons we chose the resort. It was for the most part clean, but they could benefit from having at least one other waterslide, or some additional swimming space. The market is a nice feature at the resort for some quick snacks and things you may have forgotten. The unit was a little outdated, but offered us everything we needed for a three night stay. I was impressed with the lack of noise from guests above us, but the walls and doors within the unit are thin, so some noise from neighbors is likely to be experienced. We would most likely have never chosen this resort if it wasn't for RCI, which is great because we enjoy exploring different areas and staying at different places, but due to its inability to "wow" us, it's unlikely we will return.…
This place is an amazing family getaway with awesome views. 2 indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools! The only complaint is that I had to call staff for more towels and the first time, they brought clean, fresh towels however the second and third time they did not bring new towels. Also, you have to clean your own room and take out your own trash, to the dumpster, unlike other hotels that clean your room when you leave for the day
Beautiful views from the room and surrounding area, staff was very professional and friendly, food was adequate. I would caution anyone with food allergies to vet the on site restaurant fully before committing.
