All the rooms at this hotel are privately owned condos. Many of them are rented through the resort. The room accomodations and updates are made by the individual unit owners. The room we stayed in, 401, was excellent and you can see the pride that the owner had in this unit. The pool was of below average quality because it... More

Greetings: Yes, all of our units are independently owned and appointed. The room you were in is one of our best and we are glad you enjoyed the unit. The pool is unique as 1/2 is indoor and 1/2 is outdoor...thus the different style. However, many of our guests do enjoy swimming under the glass wall and having snow fall... More

I travel for work and typically stay in full service hotels...so this was a different experience for me. The rooms and hotel are very clean, the room we had was well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed to cook small meals. The kitchen had a full-size fridge, and full size oven...big plus! Since the rooms are independently owned it could... More

We stayed here 2 week nights in February. The room was fairly clean but not spotless. Towels were plentiful and clean. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and such which was great. There was even a tea kettle for us non coffee drinkers (they only have coffee products in the lobby in the am). Bedspreads had stains. Some stains... More

The suites are perfect for families. we had a two bedroom duplex with kitchen and livingroom with a murphy bed. Fantastic to have that kind of room with the kids and multiple TVs so no fighting about programs. Stayed in 1 bedroom 1 bath room that had such character. Everything was clean, plenty of room and can accomodate 4 people in bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. Service was excellent. Only wish they had a continental breakfast!! I can't wait to go back.

My husband and I had a really great get-a-way in mid December at BBL. We stayed in room # 211 which was very warm and cozy and conveniently located off the lobby. It felt just like home. We spent Thanksgiving in our Deluxe Suite. We had ample room for sleeping 4 adults and one child. The main bedroom had a view of birch trees (and, if you looked down, the parking lot) and it was separated by a half wall, where there was a twin trundle bed. The living room had a murphy bed which accommodates 2... More

The front desk staff at the Hotel were wonderful. The people at the desk are very nice and helpful. However the 3 rooms we rented were very outdated, worn and in desperate need of a makeover.
