Highly recommend King's Cottage. Great location that allows you to park in their lot and an easy 1-2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and to explore the town. We stayed in room 2 loved the view from our balcony and the history behind the B&B. The owner's Roseann and Barb are wonderful and full of information about places to...

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. It is very clean and the bed is soooo comfortable. We stayed in room 11 on the 3rd floor which was bright and cheery. You literally wake up and can see the ocean without getting out of bed or even lifting your head off the pillow!! I like...

King's Cottage has a great location that allows one to park the car (in their free lot) and walk two minutes to the beach or to more restaurants than you could possibly frequent during a one week stay. As an added bonus, the eminent American architect, Frank Furness designed this three story early 20th Century house. If you never heard...

We have stayed at Kings Cottage three or four times over the last several years. We meet and stay with another couple there, and rent the 2nd floor adjoining balcony units. The place itself, like so many in Cape May, at first glance looks a little beat and worn. That's part of the charm. It's the real Cape May, but...

Let me start off by saying the Innkeepers Barbara and Rosann are the best. First time traveler to Cape May taking my Mom, Dad and Stepmom to meet up with family staying a block away. Given my Dad's mobility issues I knew stairs would be challenging and Barbara sent me the exact stair count to each room. After booking the...

This was our first stay at King's Cottage and Cape May. The location was excellent, 1/2 block to the beach, 3 blocks to shopping and great dining. We parked our car and didn't need it again. We stayed in room 2 with two unique and inviting porches with great ocean views. Our nicely decorated Victorian room was very clean and...

We have been staying at King's Cottage for years, we consider it our home away from home. Barb, Dan and Roseann could not be more accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better location, once you park your car you don't have to use it again until you're ready to leave. We have stayed in every room in the inn and...

Barbara, Dan and Roseann provide excellent customer service. My husband and I just returned from a week stay. This was not our first time at the inn. We've stayed in different rooms and they are always clean and comfortable. The innkeepers are very accommodating and a wealth of information regarding Cape May. Barbara's lemon cake is superb. The location is...

I made a reservation on line and got an email reply that said your room has been reserved and someone will call you. No one called me and when I called, Barbara told me that the room I had reserved was no longer available. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back, she did not reply....
