Visited Cape May and Peter Shields Inn in June and fell in love. The Inn is gorgeous and stately, yet comfortable. Just steps from the beach and providing all you need to be comfortable, we found a place to just be. No worries. While there is plenty to do nearby, we felt no pressure and kicked back big time. The...

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful B & B. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was great and accessible and best of all the location....directly across the street from the beautiful Cape May beach. The staff was very friendly. While the room rate was quite high they did include a nice wine and cheese reception every afternoon and a...

I absolutely love this place. It's worth the price. The service was so professional and the place was very clean. It had all the comforts of a bed and breakfast without the creepy factor of staying In a strangers home. They also have "wine and cheese hour" every day and it's absolutely worth it. They are very generous with both...

Our room was on the 3rd Floor in front. Sufficiently large for us with decent bathroom and closet space for our 6 day visit. Great view of the ocean from our two windows! Fresh bottled water in the room each day and cold drinks, water and ice as well as coffee/tea and some small snacks available 24/7 in the convenience...

Another amazing Cape May vacation in Room 4 at PSI. The staff was friendly and efficient, as always. Room 4 sits on the back of the house with a private balcony, perfect. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided. There is also an outdoor shower, if needed. Breakfast served from 8-10 daily, very enjoyable. Wine, cheese, fruit and breads are...

This place makes quite an impression from the street and is elegantly decorated. The hostess was extremely friendly and showed us around. They room includes an all-day, help-yourself snack room with soft drinks, water, juice, coffee, tea and light snacks and a wine and cheese reception in the evening in addition to the breakfast each morning. It also supplies beach...

we loved our room with gas fireplace on 2nd floor. hotel had plenty of areas to sit and relax both inside and outside. décor was tasteful and our bed was comfy. staff was very gracious and friendly. shower was great, but bathroom sink had a shelf over it that made it impossible to lean over it.

Location on Beach Ave assures a good view and dinning is a pleasure in this lovely venue. Good service, local vine selection, good food - you got it all. Many rooms allow for semi private dining for larger groups. I liked charred steak tartare with quail egg and haricot vests. My halibut selection was also superb. I enjoyed warm English...

We had our wedding reception there May 30, 2015 and it turned out great!! The staff was patient and accommodating. The place is small but was perfect for my guest list of 40. It is beautiful on the outside and inside. The food is excellent! My husband is a cook and is hard to please and he loved the food!...
