I loved staying at Leith Hall because I'm into history and having fun at the same time. This Victorian B&B haven was restored by preservationists; You can't get more accurate than that! I loved my old-fashioned canopy bed with the lovely quilt, the Victorian bureau with the authentic bowler hat hidden inside, and of course my terrific views of the...

I stayed one night in this lovely, quaint B & B on a last minute getaway. Our room was the Celebrity room located on the third floor (no elevator though there are rooms on the first floor if that is a concern). The room is on the small side as it is a Victorian home but more makes up for...

On our first trip to Cape May, we were surprised at the number of B&Bs to choose from, so we went primarily with location. We weren't disappointed as the Leith Hall is just a half block from the beach. The room was nice, although walking up 3 floors made us think twice before coming and going. The breakfast was great...

I lovely place to stay. Less than a block from the beach road and two to three blocks from the Washington Street Mall, Leith Hall is in a great location. We loved our room, our view, our breakfast, and sitting on the porch late at night enjoying the breeze. I am sure that tea was great as well, but we...

Leith Hall is owned by Elan and Susan. They are most accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. We loved the location of this quaint Bed and Breakfast (easy walk to the lovely beach and shops). The food was outstanding, and Elan is an excellent cook (wonderful frittatas) and baker (homemade pastries at tea every day). They even made special gluten free items...

Wonderful rocking chair porch, we stayed in Maple Leaf Room with a queen bed; private bath in room, the tv was in sitting room, breakfast was on the porch buffet style, and this 3rd floor room had parking privileges. The host Susan was very nice, and great conversation on the porch. Only 1 block to Ocean and 2 blocks to...

The place was lovely but our room was super small and on the third floor. Owners were very nice and the house was the usual Cape May Victorian. I felt we got overcharged for such a small room on the third floor off season.

Thank you for your nice comments! It is good advice to ask what floor the room is on if you don't want to climb stairs - unfortunately Victorian houses don't have elevators! We're sorry you weren't pleased with the size of your room - we hope you'll consider coming back and trying a bigger room on the 2nd floor. To...

Warm, inviting, clean, comfortable, we found the bed and breakfast to be all of the above on our one night stay in mid December in historic Cape May New Jersey. The owners were very gracious and accommodating and the breakfast that was served was really quite nice and very fulling. We will certainly consider Leith Hall for our annual trip...

Excellent weekend stay in early December to see the Christmas Parade and Parade of Lights in surrounding homes. Excellent location as we could walk everywhere and the parade came down the same street, plus just a two-minute walk to the beach. Hosts were excellent, and the third-floor room was cozy, clean, comfortable and the gas fireplace was a bonus. Highly...

The house and room were beautiful, The food was good. The mealtime and tea time conversation was interesting. Through the two windows in our room we had almost 180 degree views of the beach, including sunset. The beach is a half-block away. Parking was about 8 blocks away but that wasn't really a problem in our case, as nearly everything...
