When you arrive you have a warm family type feeling, starting with the valet to the friendly young lady at the front desk. There are fireplaces glowing in the lobby and across the lobby to the great Brown Room tavern. The Brown Room is like a large family room set up with the best cocktails in town. Next walk to...

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas both inside and out. Our room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Staff there was very friendly and attentive. The Brown Room is the perfect place to hang out to enjoy some music and good cheer in front of the cozy fireplace. Breakfast was delicious at the Blue Pig but...

I will update this review with more detail after experiencing more, but thus far I can say that the hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful! Wonderfully decorated for Christmas, festive and bright. It seems as though there are decorations everywhere you look in the common areas. Excellent location in a beautiful town. As to the rooms, most of what I...

Stayed at the Congress Hall 1 night for my birthday and loved it. What a perfect and easy trip. The hotel is beautifully decorated for the holidays and felt so festive and lively. There were tons of families with kids around, and although we went without the kids for a night away, we still felt very relaxed. Our room, which...

We assembled a few couples and young kids for a weekend stay. The vibe and energy at Congress Hall was high and the Christmas decor and celebrations in the hotel and the shopping district a block down the street wonderful. Cape May and Congress Hall showed well. The weekend succeeded in being great for both kids and adults. Congress Hall...

Our second stay at Congress Hall for the Thanksgiving holiday. If you prefer the glitz and shine or modern hotels perhaps this isn't the hotel for you. Congress Hall has a long, rich history and we find the fact that it is an old hotel very appealing. Of course, the plumbing is modern but the floors are all uneven and...

This hotel is just beautiful. During Christmas time it is a winter wonderland complete with a 1,000 things to do with the little ones and a nice cozy fireplace to settle in and have drinks for the adults. Dinner at the Blue Pig is always good and the pub is always crowded but expected this time of year. The hotel...

Our children gave an overnight stay at "Congress Hall", including dinner for our birthdays. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We had dinner(excellent) in front of the fireplace. The bar area was jumping and they had a beautiful Christmas Tree in the room where some people were singing Christmas carols.

We did not stay at the Congress Hall when we visited over Thanksgiving, but it looked like a very happening place and a place we might stay at in the future. What was super was that they have the front lawn decorated for the holiday season as a Winter Wonderland. They have a beautiful Carousel for the children to enjoy...
