Camped here seasonally for about 2 seasons, many years ago, and sounds like not much has changed, except maybe for an extra pool, and Wi-Fi. Nice place, and that's exactly how the owners wanted to keep it. Which, if you stay within their guidelines, you'll probably have a good experience. If you don't, then you'll find the rules and regulations... More

What a nice campground. Tenters RVS cabins and seasonal folk. Clean everthing. Doesn't look like much pulling in. But, a nice family run park. Good Sam park and they're most helpful with everything. Great pools (2). They even had a haunted house incredibly set up for just one night of spooking. Darren was very nice, he n his staff work... More

You are not allowed to walk your dog off your campsite, which they neglected to tell us until the bill was paid. The staff are rude and disrespectful in all manner. Very clique like atmosphere and outsiders are clearly not welcome and made to feel uncomfortable. In addition we were given a hard time by the permanent resident next door... More

We had such a nice peaceful weekend at this resort. The weather was beautiful, the staff were very helpful, and the seasonal campers all seem to take pride in their sites. The campsite offers a lot of activities but it is also close to many restaurants and entertainment. 30 minutes to the beach! We will definitely be camping in our... More

Clean, friendly campground. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Nice swimming pool. Sites were good size and the dump station was clean and well maintained and easy for large rigs to navigate. Plenty of shade

If you're used to backwoods camping, Tip Tam may be for you. We typically stay at resort campgrounds, and were very disappointed in the facilities. We made the best of our trip, however, will certainly never return. There is only ONE bathhouse for the entire campground, and only about half of the showers/toilets worked at any given time. One shower... More

Very well maintained, friendly staff and great facilities close to Six Flags, discount tickets available from the campground too. Two swimming pools and other facilities, everything you need in a campground. Cabins were great.....

Fine Camping experience...our two granddaughters said it was BCTE=Best Camping Trip Ever! Graceful, tall oak trees provide shade in the campsites, which are clean and level. Cabin was fine for our daughters family --2 adults, 2 kids. Lots of kid activities and adults too on the weekends. Midweek is quieter. Staff very friendly and helpful...

It was a great experience all around. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Plenty to do as for activities and fun. 2 pools, mini golf and shopping close by. Within a 30 min drive to many activities including racing, 6 flags and the jersey beaches.

At a time when some of my favorite campgrounds are being bought up by the corporations, I was refreshed with a first time visit over a recent Holiday weekend. This campground seems largely family run to most of the folks you interact with (not all) are involved with ownership. Upon arrival I was greeted at a neutral level which honestly... More
