I fell in love with the Chimney Hill Estate Inn. My husband and I spent two nights here for my 40th birthday and got a great groupon deal. The renaissance room was decorated very nicely and everything was clean and neat. We received a big map(with notes!), $50 food voucher for Antons (great food), alpaca feed and a welcome bottle...

This was our second time staying at the Chimney Hill Estate and we remembered why we liked it so much the first time and wanted to come back. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and make you feel right at home. Terry and the staff make your stay extremely enjoyable and really try to help you find local places and experiences...

Stayed for 2 nights in a barn suite when the temperature outside was in the teens. While driving there I was very concerned that our suite would not have suffient heat during this cold winter nights. Although we had plenty of warm heat, the warm air blew directly at our head and body while laying in bed which made it...

I arrived at The Chimney Hill Estate Inn on New Year’s Day, after a week with my family and friends in nearby Washington Crossing, PA and New Hope, PA. After 10 days with friends and I realized why grown-ups have their own houses. We all love each other but you know the saying about friends and fish. I needed to...

I purchased my very first Groupon and was a little nervous to say the least. My whole 20th wedding anniversary weekend hung on this deal! Along came Hurricane Sandy, and the weekend had to be postponed, thanks to help from the innkeeper Terry or weekend was rescheduled and we were on again 3 months later! The inn is located on...

I bought a Groupon to go to the B & B. The house is great. The room was ok. The breakfast was average. We had a great time seeing the alpacas. Overall, it was fun. We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. We went to new hope for dinner which was great!

I LOVED this place. My boyfriend and I used a Livingsocial deal which included dinner at a local restaurant, $20 in the gift shop (we got some cute things, but I was sad to find no alpaca wool!), some feed for the alpacas, and a wine tasting (that we did not go to). When we arrived for late check in,...

Spent an overpriced weekend here and had no water for two days. Had to drive home to shower. Complimentary breakfast of french toast not worth it. The property and the main house are very pretty (never saw inside rooms) but barn rooms are musty with old polyester bed covers from the 1980s and a smell to match. Fireplace didnt work....

We just came home from our getaway to Lambertville and Chimney Hill Estate. I'll start off by saying Eric was very helpful and welcomed us with a brief tour and some general information. The outside and grounds are lovely and well kept and the common areas inside were nice. Our room was clean a nice size and had many windows....

Thank You for your comments - they are always welcome and we learn from all our guests. The Chimney Hill Estate is a very Historic Property- the Hunt Room, where you stayed is surrounded by heavy river rock- it is most beautiful and is the reason we do not have an entrance through that room into the bathroom which is...

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The house is beautiful, decorated very nicely, and the staff were wonderful. We stayed in the Garden Room, which had a fireplace, king size bed, and seating area. There were hand painted stencils on the walls, and in the closet we found 2 very comfy bathrobes. The only downside...
