Traveled to the area for a family funeral. Checked in around 9pm after a long day and was greeted with friendly smiles by caring, professional staff and ownership. Property recently underwent a huge renovation and looks awesome. Guest rooms beautifully done, clean and spacious. Found our stay to be pleasant, safe and comfortable. This hotel is run down, the pillows were smaller than normal and the sheets were dirty....The a/c was not working on the first night... someone came to fix it through the bathroom ceiling and there was puddle of water in there the next morning. Area was very quiet, slept without being awakened by any noise. BRING YOU OWN PILLOW cause even though they put 3 per bed, they are half the length of an average pillow, SERIOUSLY! The bed was very comfortable. Stayed during hot summer and the AC did an excellent job. Was VERY disappointed with the continental breakfast. The "hot" food options...

After staying there for a week we notice how the breakfast area never changed. We also had to ask for utencils to put food on our plates because the staff was more concerned about where people were sitting. The pool also needed to be vacuumed more. The room was okay but when we came back from a twelve hour bus...

The hotel is run down and the ceiling tile started coming off the second night. When we woke up the first morning there were little ants by the bed as well. There is a good selection for breakfast and the staff is great but we won't come back here.

The rooms,advertised as new and updated were nothing of the sort. The fan and the light switch in the bathroom did not work. Nor did the stopper in the tub and the toilet ran continually. We were here for 5 nights and new soap was left once. The breakfast provided was the same each day with burned, dried up potatoes....

Problem: When I arrived back at my room I was very cold and a bit damp. You might be aware that the first week of June was stormy and unseasonable chilly in NY/NJ. I could not get any heat out of the unit in the room. Because it was so late, I was not inclined to call to report this...

I visit NYC on occasion to take in a broadway show and just do the tourist thing. I USE TO stay in Secaucus, NJ, not anymore! Secaucus has gotten too pricey for me. All I need is a clean and safe hotel to rest my head and this place fits the bill. Breakfast included free parking and bus to NYC,...

Hotel is clean, free breakfast, guests have to be at least 21 years old, if you lose your rooms key you have to pay for them, if you lose your breakfast ticket you have to buyer another. No complaints

“The room itself would have been fine if there had been the ability to affect the temperature. Not sure what to say about inflating the cost so that a discount brings you to the published rate....Most importantly (in the service industry myself), I cannot rationalize being disrespectful to customers. It was obviously not an isolated instance, as I can see by the review "Disgusted.". This is a total deal-breaker for me and I will never stay at this hotel again.”

“pick the inside rooms in the one hallway by the outdoor pool you get less noise from the bar and restaurant they have in their one other hallway. Pick a even number room in the middle their is less noise at night.”
