I did reserve this hotel for my two children and myself the night before. On arrival we noticed a horrible smell in the room, like sewer and stale, which reminded of some hotels in southern Algeria and Uzbekistan, I stayed in. Nobody at the reception to complain, so did called the booking company who called the hotel. The manager did...

The price is right, the location is ideal smack downtown and close to all the attractions in Luchon, and you get what you pay for. The hotel is ok but don't expect any luxury. The spa was not open when we were there, but on the positive side there is a nice brasserie on the ground floor of the same...

Great value hotel. The room is basic but exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The wifi is the fastest and most reliable I have ever had in a hotel. The best location in luchon - right on the main road - I have rated it excellent based on the price and what you actually get for your money and...

The hotel is very centrally located, with many bars and restaurants within 5min walking distance. The rooms were tiny, even for France! And there was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom whenever the toilet was flushed. The wifi didn't work and the reception was empty from 7pm, so no way to solve the problem. On the other hand, it...

This hotel is shady. It's brown throughout and dismal. Feels like it was decorated in the 70s and maintained that way ever since! With the exception of the addition of Wifi that is! It was so stuck in a time warp that we got the giggles every time we returned to our room. We had a large, but very cold...

Good points- Newly painted rooms, we booked standard double but we were given a triple ( 1 double + 1 single) so room was good size, with mini-bar. Mattress in good condition. Hotel very central. Negatives- reception could be friendly when I asked about wifi not working was told it was my problem (truned out it was their problem!). Bathrooms...

We booked this hotel just one day in advance as we decided spontaneously to spend the weekend in Luchon. We chose it because it was one of the cheapest offers and because the reviews sounded good... and we were really happy with our choice. Of course, this is not a four star high class hotel, but it was really nice....

Under new ownership since May - very friendly & helpful . Owner speaks English. A+++ for me because it's the first time in a 2 star hotel that I haven't had to put the mattress on the floor to overcome sagging or soft springs (sensitive back). Great central location where you can watch the cafe life from the road-side bedrooom...

We're just back from 2days in Luchon staying at hotel Bellevue. The hotel is located in the main street, just a few minutes away from the "eggs" taking you up to the ski station of superbagnère. We asked for a room on the highest floor, at the back of the hotel to avoid the noise of the street. I was...

We stayed at Hotel Bellevue last june. We were totally charmed by this confortable and cosy hotel. The owners have succeed in keeping the romantic style combined with the modern confort.
