I am so sorry our hotel did not meet to your expectations. Whenever you reserve standard room it does not have microwave and refrigerator. I will address our housekeeping department with your comments. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Not having a microwave in the room seems kind of cheap to me. Considering it was in a very busy area it was quiet. Bob Evans restaurant is next door what a great convenience. Night auditor was especially pleasant and helpful.

Outside Philadelphia but not too far. The room was ok and the price was right. One visit is enough. The problem is no breakfast and nothing to do in the area. Linen seemed clean but bathrooms could use some work (hairs in bathtub).
